Shapiro's being suckered is especially egregious in that in the fall of 2020 it was easy to find that the shot manufacturers claimed only that their concoction would reduce symptoms. That being the case, it was obvious way back then that any contention that it stopped spread was a lie. If I could find and interpret that information, Shapiro, whose job it is to research and interpret, should have done so, too.
Shot manufacturers did claim their stuff would reduce severity! Combined with the fact that they were shielded from liability should have been enough to alert anyone. But Ben is under the influence, apparently, of his doctor wife.
Yes....they were claiming all sorts of things and feeding it to the supine media about reduced severity, preventing hospitalization, etc. And in the early days they implied and media interpreted what they said as you couldn't get sick, you wouldn't spread it, "the disease stops with you." I haven't heard any media apologies or corrections yet. Of course, as time went on, the narrative subtly changed along the way and they hoped the public wouldn't notice.
