Not sure if you’re interested in moving but Nevada hires RNs in positions within the State all the time. I work for Medicaid, my department enrolls providers in the program so they can see Medicaid recipients in their practice. The Surveillance and Utilization Review (SUR) unit has a few RNs and they look for providers committing fraud, waste and abuse of Medicaid funds. We don’t have a vax mandate and haven’t been testing for at least 6 months. We are still working from home, though. That may change after the PHE ends, though. The SUR unit has people in Carson City and Las Vegas. Just a thought. We need more conservatives to help make us a red state again.

Interesting option. I assume private hospitals still have jab mandates? Any idea if Nevada is part of the nursing license compact?
