It’s been a monumental betrayal of trust from all quarters, this whole covid debacle. Many got duped (still are), disproportionally many among the heavily credentialised whose peculiar susceptibility is quite well-conceptualised by now. ‘Sure they should have known better!’—the righteous critics keep exclaiming. Well, they could. Or maybe not. Should we tar & feather them and drag through town for their failings? I don’t think so. So. 😉
