Spot on! I think that was Jeff’s point as well. There’s a difference between what you just described and ones who just didn’t do the research or use critical thinking skills, who changed course at some point (even up to yesterday and including tomorrow and the next day) and see the truth and accept the truth. No amnesty. That’s like (and this is a poor example) drunk driving and killing someone and then standing on the street corner (rather than facing your crime in court) saying I’m sorry I bought a car. No. Let’s get specific. No blanket fake apology where you don’t really acknowledge specifics and hide behind your four year old sons misguided behavior 🙄. Take responsibility. These were egregious crimes against real people.
