Except she is not capable of that. At least not yet. Maybe someday? Based on her call for amnesty she doesn’t really want to accept responsibility specifically for her part/their part. Amnesty is a very general act. We can and need to forgive. That’s biblical. That’s what Jesus did for us before we even thought to ask for it. While we were still sinners Christ died for us. However, there is also a law of sowing and reaping we all have to contend with in the natural. There are consequences in the natural when we commit offenses against others. There is a reckoning that needs to happen. It doesn’t happen with a general blanket admission that it wasn’t really their fault because they didn’t get “lucky” like others. I can forgive someone who doesn’t ask for that, but I don’t have to resolve that they get a pass either.
