I am completely with you on Ukraine, the vaccines, and twitter censorship.

IT'S WHEN SPEECH CROSSES AND TO CONDUCT ARE KNOWN TO AROUND THE BULLYING, HARASSMENT, INTIMIDATION THAT IT BECOMES ACTIONABLE." (Cut and pasted from the transcript with mistakes)
That is exactly in line with Constitutional protection of free speech and the law.
The three presidents are not supporting anti-semitism but rather free speech, and they are exactly right that telling students what they can and can't say is in direct violation of their civil rights.
This is to our direct benefit, because if we let Congress suppress our right to free speech in this situation, then we could be complicit in losing it for good. As it is our government seems to be in a war against its own citizens and this would be yet another step in stripping us our rights. Next step 15-minute cities and digital currency!
If those protests were anti queer, anti POC, anti transgender, what would their response have been? When Conservative speakers are not permitted to speak and have to have police protection to safely exit the campuses, where is the demand for Free Speech?
There have been both pro-Palestinian and pro-Israeli protests at Harvard since the Gaza war started and both have been allowed. So yes, their responses were the same.
I don't know about Penn or MIT or Pittsburgh, but Harvard has had many conservatives speak there, not to mention graduate from there (for example, GW Bush) and teach there. They have faculty from across the political spectrum, including ultra-conservatives.

If those protests on campus were anti-Muslim instead of antisemitic, do you think their responses would be the same?

There is no demand for free speech when conservatives speak.
Just a few days ago, a bunch of crazies were out at the University of Pittsburgh protesting James O'Keefe's right to free speech.

GW Bush is a neoncon NWO warmonger.
Not a conservative.
