Jeff -- Regarding the 11th Circuit's Adams case, its opinion creates a split with the 4th Circuit (Grimm v. Gloucester, 972 F.3d 586 (4th Cir. 2020)) and the 7th Circuit (Whitaker v. Kenosha Unified School District, 858 F.3d 1034 (7th Cir. 2017). I have a related case in the 4th Circuit regarding Montgomery County (Md.) Public Schools purposely withholding information from, and actively engaging in deception of, parents who may be opposed to their child's transgendering while in grade or high school. Jim Davids
