Kathy Hochul is a sociopath - I just don't know what else explains her actions. She will ruin what is left of the state I love (and I DO love it. I don't want to leave it, but she may force us from our home, the place in which my husband and I grew up, the place we raised our 5 kids and the place we had hoped to create a refuge for our family for the long haul).
