From my morning reading. Amazing, one of your referenced verses: “He opens doors and no one can shut them; He shuts doors, and no one can open them.” Revelations 3:7.
Blessings today Janice.

Laurie, that is such a powerful description of His omnipotence! I have read this passage countless times, but today just noticed this verse: “Because you have kept the word of My perseverance, I also will keep you from the hour of testing, that hour which is about to come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.” Beautiful!
It is such a revealing of Himself to me that I can be reading two totally unrelated devotionals and the same Biblical verse will be in each, or friends will offer words of Biblical encouragement and they will be identical. Or you posting the same verse, ( which is not one of the more common ones of Revelations), that I had just read this morning. I know God is moving in me.
Love it! Let’s keep claiming that promise. And what a wonderful validation of how having read the Bible is no substitute for faithful study. He faithfully reveals Himself to us in new ways when we are faithful to His Word. More power to you. I guess that’s already guaranteed = : )

Like He’s trying to tell us something, huh? 😀
