The South's gonna do it again.

Dr Robert Malone lists various legislative bills being pursued that we should consider watching. Since I am from TN...

Tennessee

SB 3 - creates an offense for a person who engages in an adult cabaret performance on public property or in a location where the adult cabaret performance could be viewed by a person who is not an adult.

SB 11 - makes permanent various provisions regarding COVID-19 to protect citizens from government overreach. Ensure that state and local governments cannot require COVID-19 vaccine mandates and that statewide standards are met before local governments can issue mask mandates in public and in schools. It also guarantees a person hospitalized can be accompanied by a family member during their stay.

SB 1 - prohibit minors from undergoing irreversible and harmful medical procedures to change their gender identity

You should really see the entire list:

Just watched most of Vaccines Revealed. And next “they” want to administer HPV haxxine to infants🤯

It only gives a person 5 years immunity from, I think, 4 strains of HPV and there are many different strains. Most haxxines don’t give lifetime immunity.

I feel soon they will be pushing everyone to get booster after booster for EVERY haxxine for the rest of their lives.

I also ran into some article last year online where one of the doctors who helped develop gardasil admitted to a group a couple years or so after the vaccine came out that the vaccine "doesn't work, wasn't well researched and is dangerous".

Parents need to wake up… the schools are actively going after

“School based health care centers”… SBHC’s… it’s where they’re pushing this agenda

There is NO WAY I want my school system deciding my children’s medical care

SCHOOL-BASED HEALTH CENTERS

Leveraging school-based health centers (SB- HCs) to provide the HPV vaccine to students attending co-located schools is also another promising way to increase vaccine uptake. In the United States, there are over 2000 SBHCs, ranging from fixed sites on school campuses to mobile health centers and telehealth.60 The services offered by these centers vary depending on the community health profes- sionals partnered with the centers.

SBHCs offer enhanced access to health care, help reduce health care disparities among populations, and provide for better population health. California has approxi- mately 277 SBHCs.61

Studies in Denver and Seattle suggest that use of SBHCs may increase uptake of the HPV vaccine. SBHCs in Denver were used to administer the first dose of the HPV vaccine, and a study found the program effectively increased uptake of the vaccine.62 A study of SBHCs in Seattle found that female SBHC users had 37% higher odds of completing the series at any time compared with SBHC nonusers, and male SBHC users had 45% higher odds of completing the series at any time compared with SBHC nonusers.63 These results suggest that SBHCs create a considerable opportunity to work with co-located schools to implement successful school based HPV vaccination programs.

So Malone is the grand pooh bah in all matters now? Not just the Forrest Gump of all things covid? We need him to make lists and give his blessing?

Malone should drop his ridiculous, $25M lawsuit against Dr. Breggin and Jane Ruby - trying to Alex Jones people because you can't take criticism and don't like their opinions is the exact opposite of what he's citing in his "list".

Part IV of the brief in Dr. Malone's lawsuit (see link below) is the section called Statement of Material Facts. People can read direct quotes of what those he is suing have said about him, look at the original sources yourselves, since Dr. Malone provides links in the brief, and compare those quotes to Jeff's description (from yesterday?) about what is and isn't defamation. Dr. Malone has demanded a jury trial. I would not be surprised if he wins, though he may or may not be awarded the full damages he requests. The accusations made against him are not simply disagreements about science, as some claim; those he is suing claim to know his motivations, which are described as nefarious. Over the last couple of years, I have found his revelations to be among the most helpful to me in understanding the depth of the dishonesty that has taken place in pushing the injections, since like him and like others in human subjects research I was required to take substantial training in the ethics of it, to have my protocols reviewed minutely by my institution's scientific review board and institutional review board, to provide my subjects with *informed* *consent,* none of which appears to have been required of anyone involved with the injections. Dr. Malone is the one who made me aware of those details and more, and I appreciate it very much. Your immediate sarcastic tone in your first comment was uncalled for, as all 'Abuse Productions' did was to let others know about the bills on Dr. Malone's list and to highlight those in his state, which others commented favorably about and which I too appreciate. I appreciate that Dr. Malone compiled and published the list. Why he annoys you so much is unclear, but your tone of 'voice' is an uncommon one here. I hope you were just in a bad mood today, and I hope it has dissipated.

You might want to glance over what the other side has to say, in great detail, at breggin.com. Bear in mind that if you're being sued, you're going to make damned sure that everything you put in print, online, for anyone to read and copy, is the real deal.

What's uncivil about what I said?

Malone appeared on the scene out of nowhere. Now he's everywhere, all the time. He has slapped a ridiculous lawsuit on these people because he doesn't like some things that have been said in disagreement.

When you put yourself out there as a public figure, a public spokesperson, people will disagree. It goes with the territory. So he sues people for $25M, rather than handling things privately and discreetly? Bad look all around.

Again, I'm only stating what has occurred.

I think you make points and raise questions that deserve responses, and I don’t want people to disengage. A little name-calling, a little sarcasm on the nasty side, and a hyperbolic adjective or two tend to diminish credibility and alienate people. Burning bridges to less passionate folk won’t build the unity we need. Don’t lose your passion; maybe just dial it down a tad. We’re all working through this together, and your contributions are valuable.

Robert Malone didn’t appear out of nowhere. He was banned from Twitter and the msm when the vax came out and he questioned the official narrative. His substack shares links to his published papers and med-journal citations of his work on early MNRA technology, and he can speak for himself about his lawsuit. Some thoughts on the WHO pandemic document that Biden is about the sign. I was talking to a neighbor yesterday, saying how great it was that her grand daughter, a nurse who works in hospice, just didn't get the V and also did not get fired as she had feared. My neighbor said, "Yeah, none of the other people she works with got it, so they couldn't say anything about it."

I realized that the WHO over reach is not the real problem. Biden signing the stupid thing is not the real problem. It's the danger that too many people will comply that is the problem.

Someone in the comments yesterday asked something like, "How long until they declare an emergency? A year? A month? a week?" I think it will be at least 10 years -- give everyone a chance to forget this fiasco and get complacent again about mindlessly trusting the government that brought us Viet Nam, weapons of mass destruction, 9/11 surveillance, etc. etc., and every single covid mandate that turned out to be counterproductive. Also give "them" a chance to intricately plan the next wealth redistribution event.

Noncompliance should become a movement. There should be bumper stickers that say "I will not comply" T shirts that say, "I did not elect the WHO" Politicians who run on a platform of getting us out of the WHO agreement and on personal freedom and choice.

Also, we need to teach out grand children and children about what has happened and teach them non compliance and self determination as the highest moral ground. I was partially raised by a grand father who was an anarchist. Family lore says he hung out with Saco and Vanzetti. Let every family instill the values of self determination, trust of their own common sense, and respect for each person to do just that, along with trust in a much Higher Authority to answer to than any governing body.

Expand full comment
Anne Clifton's avatar

After seeing how much our current "administration" has "accomplished" in such a short time, I don't think it will be ten years before another emergency declaration. On the other hand, it may never happen because Biden is working so hard to bring about a nuclear war and wipe us all out. I'm glad my trust is in God. "To live is Christ and to die is gain."

Expand full comment
Neil Kellen's avatar

I don't think they will wait 10 years. I think it will be next summer. In 10 years the global political climate may have changed (awakened) and their influence may be far too weak. I think they have to do something now.

Expand full comment
Jon Stephenson's avatar

I'll put my money on somewhere between next summer and 10 years.

I agree there needs to be a cooling off, Covid is still fresh in people's minds and information is still coming out regularly about how much of a fiasco it was. If they tried it this year, I think there would be less automatic compliance than last time.

Still, 10 years seems too long. The Left is patient, but probably not that patient.

My unmasked mug did not get harassed once, and saw many employees and patients that also weren't masked. Not even my doctor who I'd seen 3x and was masked said a thing, nor was my "bat juice" status ever asked. There were MORE masked people than unmasked, but I did find it kind of darkly humorous when an elderly man wearing a mask came in and struck up convo with an elderly, unmasked man----masked man opened with explaining that his wife makes him mask 'cause little kids are petri dishes. 🆗😑😅 I chuckled out loud, because I'd left my young, homeschooled children at home because I was more worried about the "bat juice" recipients shedding on them right before Christmas.

Epoch TV allowed me 1 view of their WHO Accord breakdown video for free (without a subscription). It's way worse than I thought because they've redefined the word "pandemic". Redefining words is what leftists and globalist do so well. To them, a "pandemic" can be anything they want it to be. Too much smog over a certain part of the globe? In the interest of global climate change and for the good of society, they can dictate where & when you can drive a vehicle. Medical/health, social justice, equity, and climate change will all be the driving factors of what & how they will make their determinations of a "pandemic".

I'm trying to find more sources of information about all of this but it's scarce and honestly, not sure how much of what I've found is accurate or not. Another thing to keep in mind is that it's not just the WHO that is solely creating the guidelines for this accord. The US government is actively involved which gives me no comfort considering the Biden administration is hell bent pushing our country right off a cliff.

Well said. It only takes a minority of the population, maybe 20 to 30%, to stand and resist to change the course of a nation. I think what is needed is a spiritual revival to energize such a movement. We need to know that we serve a higher power and that we do not fight alone. Churches need to pray for revival. Woke churches will wither away in the fires of such a revival.

“And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: He who is holy, who is true, who has the key of David, who opens and no one will shut, and who shuts and no one opens, says this: ‘I know your deeds. Behold, I have put before you an open door which no one can shut, because you have a little power, and have kept My word, and have not denied My name. Behold, I will cause those of the synagogue of Satan, who say that they are Jews and are not, but lie—I will make them come and bow down at your feet, and make them know that I have loved you. Because you have kept the word of My perseverance, I also will keep you from the hour of testing, that hour which is about to come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth. I am coming quickly; hold fast what you have, so that no one will take your crown. He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he will not go out from it anymore; and I will write on him the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God, and My new name. Not enough people. Sad but true. For many who call themselves 'Christians' and worship at Mega Churches follow the Anti Pope or go to "Church" Sunday then promptly go out and sin again? (Hello Baptists, Protestants of all stripe, Catholics and others) These are not Christians. Nor yet are those Christians who say only if you do x y or z will you be saved. Faith, in God the Creator in the heart and soul, is a rare and hard to find commodity. And it is by Faith and through the Grace of God you are saved, not by your good works or you being Baptized or confirmed. It is a start, but above all you must have Faith. Then you must live in harmony with the Commandments to avoid those deadly sins such as Greed, Gluttony, Envy, Sloth, Pride, Lust and Wrath. See that your actions do not stem from such motives. Then you will begin walking the difficult straight and narrow road that leads to God as a penitent and sinner on the Road to Galilei.. And there a few, very few today I would say do this. Or even care to try.

But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart”—that is, the word of faith which we are preaching, that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.

It's awful how they throw hateful words at whoever disagrees with them, and yet they wear that liberal badge around as a shield to protect themselves from any and all accusations. We let them completely gaslight us all the time. I remember this one friend I used to have I was so appalled seeing her post on FB "Trump is SUCH a racist!" and she just threw that word around. I actually googled it to see what these people think he's done that fits that description and it's laughable. They can hardly come up with anything...a few remarks he made when he was angry about Covid coming from China. That's it, that's all they've got. Meanwhile their hero Biden actually said in a Senate meeting that he didn't want his kids going to school in a racial jungle. And that's not all, he has a long history of showing how he really feels. But that's all ok, because he's a Democrat. He's allowed to really feel that way. The D is like a protective cloak they wear around. Dear Ann,

We understand and share your frustrations. We all love and respect James and hope he returns. This is difficult for everyone.

An independent two-dimensional audit is being arranged to examine all of the issues, including those outlined below:

1) Breaking the Bylaws of the organization by unilaterally dismissing the CFO and co-opting another board member’s vote by saying that board member supported the dismissal (they did not).

2) Private inurement/fiduciary responsibility (using donations for private benefit). The board included in its statement what it is aware of so far which clearly warrants this internal audit to ensure your hard-earned, and graciously donated, money is utilized appropriately. We hope to know more details around this soon.

3) Concern with employment laws/workplace safety regarding appropriate treatment of the employees was based, in part, on his interaction with senior staff in a Leadership call on January 31, 2023. Staff across multiple departments were ready to leave PV immediately if his conduct remained unaddressed.

Project Veritas has had 140 employees leave the company over the last seven years, some through their own volition, others were terminated, and the organization has incurred legal expenditures because of some of those terminations/actions. 20 of the 140 employees were in management positions leading to potential succession plan issues to assure the long-term viability of the company.

James’ “removal” was not a removal. He specifically said he did not resign, and the board did not fire him. The board placed him on a temporary suspension until the audit was completed. The board wanted him to delegate management of staff to the department heads so he can focus his true talent, efforts, and best use of his time on the journalism/stories and less on the day-to-day personnel management.

He has been invited, but has chosen not to, engage in conversations with the board and management following steps taken so far with the goal of returning to Project Veritas. Instead, he requested no change in authority and that most of the officers and all of the board of directors immediately resign.

For what it’s worth, there are 60+ of us here at PV who remain passionately dedicated to James’ mission. It is what brought all of us together. While we cannot control online narratives, and unfortunately cannot chime in to individually defend ourselves in the public sphere at present, we can assure you we remain steadfast and determined to expose corruption.

The mission and our work continue. We just released the following this afternoon:

Veritas Attorney Responds to Pfizer Security's Use of Force Towards PV Journalists

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W6-M32Z3jZ8

High dollar email.png

We hope that you might continue to give us a chance. We can’t stress how separate the board’s role is from daily operations here at PV. We are still grinding and pursuing stories of great public importance.

In either case, thank you so much for your support in the past and we hope we might regain your trust if you’ll give us a chance.

In Veritas,

The Project Veritas Team

I agree the shot has been a disaster. But Trump was relying on his medical advisors (as poor as they were). He fulfilled all of the requests, they asked for more hospital beds, he sent ships. They asked for ventalators, he sent ventilators. They wanted a shot, he pushed it through. I only wish he would have stood stronger after he mentioned HQC, and now I hope he disavows the shots with all the info we have on them now.

In my gut I think there was more to the whole story of the shot--since we now know that it was a DoD program, maybe DT's hands were tied or he simply believed/trusted those advising him...? Sigh. Unfortunately, the fact that he won't admit how bad the shots are now, doesn't clear this up. 🤷😩

The comment from Buttigieg just shows what a jerk he is and how incompetent he is because if there are that many train derailments and he is supposed to be the infrastructure king, what the heck is he doing about all the derailments, nothing, absolutely nothing. And your comparison to a BM was a spit take. You're amazing.

Nice bill FL. I wonder if Matt Geatz will use it soon? I bet Kavanaugh wishes he could use it against that woman who accused him of stuff that he didn't do to someone he had never met. I hope to see more laws that will make people who tried to ruin the lives of those men think twice before lying about the lives of others.

I thought about Matt G when I read this, but I would bet the law is not retroactive...

I also think that the 1000 train derailments only spoke to Petey-boy's incompetence. Do all 1000 derailments end in explosions and black clouds, towns being evacuated, etc? No? Then he should go to the one that did.

Definitely good news on the laws working through the legislature. Wish that would happen elsewhere, but FL has been leading the way quite a bit lately.

Also good news on Trump's visit provoking a positive government response. I'm not a huge fan of Trump the personality, but I can appreciate the good things he's done or caused. I can also have concerns about his giving in to excessive spending and promoting the pandemic response, and _still_ saying that the mRNA shots are wonderful. :/

His spending? Giving aid to those in need? Refusing a pay check for four years?

OK - I'll correct that. Signing off on even more excessive government spending - especially during 2020. His personal spending is a different issue and he can do whatever he wants with his own money. I say the same thing about W and Obama when it comes to signing off on too much government, though. (And don't even get me started w/ the current admin's blank check policy.)

Nobody's perfect. I appreciate a lot of the things Trump pushed for and signed. But when I disagree, I'll also state that. I think he was in a no-win situation for the pandemic. He'd be roasted for doing nothing and roasted for the lockdowns. I do think he should have pushed back on the "big spending" bills that went through Congress, but I also tend to think that of every president.

I vaguely recall there were a couple of things Obama did/signed that I actually did agree with and was able to state so. It was definitely not a majority, but every now and then he did something that I could agree with. But as much as I'd agree more w/ Bush and Trump, I don't agree with them signing for the huge increases in spending and was quite sad that our deficit grew by so much under all of our recent leaders. :/

HR79, the WHO Withdrawal Act, has been introduced in Congress but has not yet been scheduled for a hearing by the Foreign Affairs Committee, despite ongoing negotiations and proposed adoption of the new treaty in May 2024.

Please sign the petition to contact key House Foreign Affairs Committee members and your US House Rep today to tell them to support HR 79: https://standforhealthfreedom.com/action/exit-who/

Because letters are tossed if they are uniform--claim to be from bots--I changed mine:

“As a long time constituent, I urge you to cosponsor or at least vote for the WHO Withdrawal Act, HR 79.

The WHO’s new legally binding agreement, essentially a pandemic treaty, is scheduled to be adopted in May 2024. However, the White House will not seek required advice and consent of the senate before signing on.

There are several provisions to be avoided to protect US ability to govern and defend itself. Three of the most troubling points from the Zero Draft of the treaty, set to be discussed by the WHO starting February 23, 2023 are described below. You can find the document by searching for Zero Draft, A/INB/4/3, in a browser.

The WHO agreement would preempt all other international agreements. Chapter 1, Article 2.(3) states members can only make other agreements “provided that such instruments are compatible with their obligations under” the document.

The WHO would determine how we spend American tax dollars domestically. The draft requires nations to set aside a minimum of 5% of its health budget for pandemic prevention, preparedness, response and health systems.”

It also proposes a required percentage of gross domestic product (GDP) for “international cooperation” on pandemics. The US cannot comply with this agreement.

A “global compensation program” for pandemic vaccine injuries - There have been discussions of removing liability from manufacturers at a global level. This is horribly wrong and allows intentionally poor quality manufacturing in order to cut costs. Further, it mirrors the 1986 Act and the PREP Act in the US, which removed liability from vaccine manufacturers. The PREP Act’s CICP has left hundreds of thousands of Americans without recourse if they are injured by medical products, and this treaty would expand that to a global scale.

The World Health Organization is an unelected global body external to the U.S. When it makes mistakes or causes harm it cannot be held accountable. However, the White House continues to work to strengthen WHO authority and autonomy. In 2022, the Biden administration proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) that would have decreased the proof needed for the WHO to declare an emergency, while simultaneously increasing their ability to make a declaration. Its monkey pox declaration is a case in point, and it was not remotely near a global emergency. The President has also embraced ideas such as vaccination passports through the Bali Declaration, which the majority of Americans oppose.

You and Congress must act now to stop the White House from tieing the hands of Americans when it comes to their health via WHO international agreements.

I urge you to cosponsor and/or speak out for HR 79. Communicate your constituents’ message to the White House to support the bill coming to a vote in the House quickly. Americans are watching the President, and your constituents are watching your actions and words.

Regards,
