Obama should be worried because he executed an American citizen without due process.

I was thinking that that would fall under Tier 1 but I don’t remember Congress declaring war.

The Constitution requires due process for all US citizens, regardless of context. I understand the exigent circumstances but the law is crystal clear on this issue. Obama broke the law.

The Lightbringer broke many laws, virtually every day. And also violated his oath of office on multiple occasions.

Should Trump be worried because he executed the Iranian general? Were we at war with them? Should all the swamp creatures just following orders from above be scared? I mean if the president is culpable for acting outside his constitutional authority is the person pulling the trigger in trouble? Nuremberg court says yes. Is Hillary culpable for killing khadafi? Was she as part of the executive branch allowed to order a foreign leader of a country we are not at war with executed? One more point, will there be any legal prosecutorial entity with ‘standing’ be willing to go forward? This is literally pandora’s box and maybe they all want to just say “never mind “ to the Trump stuff and just get back to the business of government (handouts to power); renew that gentlemen’s agreement regarding presidential privilege

A Pandora's Box that leads to, maybe, we only go to war when Congress declares it? What a concept. George Washington would approve, I think - "avoid foreign entanglements."

The individuals you referenced were not US citizens, so, at least from US courts, there should be no worry. Internationally, you may be right.

As far as standing, I think it may only be DoJ and it will only go after political adversaries, most likely. Ugly, but expected.

I do agree they should just forget about all the Trump stuff (state and federal, decided and still active) and renew the gentlemen's agreement.

This all started in November 2016 when Dems and liberals refused to accept a Trump victory. Since that time, they have been at war with the US - how dare we elect someone they don't like and/or can't control.

See Sasha Latypova and Katherine Watt substack. Congress gave the government a literal license to kill with the various legislation enabling immunity for everyone involved in poison injectables labeled “countermeasures “

Murder conviction for BO should be a slam dunk... but a DC jury full of 50 IQ joggers?

Where was the poor guy from? Or where was he stationed? You could make a pretty good argument that is where the case should be filed Some southern state military base jurisdiction with a lot of retired military & families living, legally voting & therefore in the jury pool would be ideal.
