Russia scaled up hypersonic missiles, and we depend on China for things needed to make anything to even be able to closely counter what the Russians are doing. Trump also created worse relations with China, which Biden seems to be worsening by driving Russia and China closer...we are not looking good unless we have some major drawdowns and mind our own business...
