I drink mine daily...blitzed in bulletproof coffee. It's also good if you cold bree it overnight. Different brands taste better than others....
Please tell me your favorite brand! The one i currently have is RYZE, and it’s not horrible, but surely not great either.
I’m not convinced that Ryze brand does anything. There are definitely some better ones on the market, that certainly taste better, with better quality ingredients.
