RYZE brand is a combination of: cordyceps,reishi,lion’s mane,shiitake, turkey tail, and king trumpet. I’ve not seen a real noticeable difference, but that may be because I don’t drink it often enough; it doesn’t taste good to me. I think I’ll give cacao a try again.
