Janice, this is beautiful. I echo Julie Ann, keep the scripture coming. I have been renewed by God's word throughout the past three years and have logged many verses, including many shared on substack. For anyone interested, I am toying with regular postings of my faith ramblings, started today. Here is my story, for any interested:

Oh I could feel all the frustration as I relived those years alongside you, although I didn’t experience the career destruction personally. My husband works for an airline though, and there was a shot mandate. But, thankfully, he submitted a religious exemption, they accepted it, then the mandate went away. Praise the Lord. Incidentally, he has never had a covid test, but I had 13 of them from December 2020 to January 2022 because of medical facility requirements.
Thank you. It is hard to put in words how hard it was to be terminated for doing what I had always done and what made me so good at my job - trusting my instincts (in this case, my conscience and God) and confirming the details. But God gave clear direction throughout. Ask my family, I never wavered, despite the consequences of my choice. And God has provided and has kept us healthy. And He has blessed me in so many ways for the destruction of my professional ego, while giving me permission to grieve and to be broken-hearted. God's will be done, if I am to receive earthly justice.

Beautifully said Jennifer. God will always guide us through the tough times if we set our heart and mind in Him.
