14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid. 15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.(KJV)

Thank you Cheeps. I pray you're right. I sent a friend a sermon a couple days ago. It has been powerful for me since March when I first heard it. He responded in part with this:
""Have you truly counted the cost of what it means to follow Christ? Is the Lordship of Christ evident in your life? Are you holding anything back? Are you ready to lose it all for Christ?" You certainly have laid it all on the line. You are an incredible example for me and I thank you for letting God use you in this way."
I told him it's a burden. I feel the weight of it. I'm just a sinful man, but the Lord has put me right here. We must shed LIGHT!
Until/unless someone lives it, they can only imagine the weightiness of placing ALL at His feet, resting wholly in His guidance and provision.
One can simply pray to represent the Lord worthily—in truth and Light—crushing snakes along the way, clearing a safe path forward, exhorting in others the courage to do likewise.
Wear their attacks with stolid resolution. Yours is the Fidelity, Bravery, and Integrity IN FACT AND IN PRACTICE!
Psalm 91:8-9:
8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. 9 Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation...
Thank you for your comments and the Scripture you've been sharing Cheeps. It's been very encouraging and uplifting to me. Other than for Kyle and Steve, and a small number of others who shall remain nameless, it has been a lonely time. Even family not understanding, then people you do tell giving you a side eye like, "he must've done something wrong..." as if they FBI isn't capable of doing wrong 🙄
[Insert Palmer raids, Japanese internment camps, COINTELPRO, coercing MLK to commit suicide, Russia hoax, etc., etc. here]
Anyways, thank you!
"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up! Again, if two lie together, they keep warm, but how can one keep warm alone? And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him—a threefold cord is not quickly broken." -Ecclesiastes 4:12
Humanity is tragically conditioned to accept as correct that which garners popular approval, rather than what is proven sound and just.
By now, the vast majority of citizens recognize what the FBI has come to represent. Those without benefit of historical knowledge might question we’re witnessing a present-day, unconstrained Praetorian Guard.
Wherever malleable weaknesses exist, dubious intent exerts all possible mastery. It’s the way of sin under pressure. The FBI is no exception; however, those who stand against it are.
Thank God for the stalwart willing to be made pariahs! Better to be persecuted for the right, than praised for the derelict.
Thanks, in return, for your own biblical citations. [In addition to the wonderful book of Isaiah, the Psalms, written in part by (King) David, are particularly relatable. Ecclesiastes is a treasure trove, as well.]
We’re mere sojourners here, so make your visit memorable. 😉
Cheeps, I'm pretty sure your my C&C spirit animal. I love it. "It's the way of sin under pressure." 🎯
"Better to be persecuted for the right, than praised for the derelict." 💯 it ain't easy, but it is better!!!
Isaiah, Psalms and Ecclesiastes have all been abundant for me throughout this trial. At my best, i was reading at least a Psalm a day before getting into other parts of study. Much to gain from those books!!!
Very interestingly, “lad” appears in scripture where one might reasonably expect another gender descriptor appropriate to the era.

Hail to the King!
Revelation 4:3:
3 And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.(KJV)
Oh, and sojourners here!!! Early on after my suspension we were visiting my brother and his family in a different state. They were hosting small group one of the days we were there. THIS was the topic. It was divinely relevant. I didn't share a ton of info with all these people I had never met, but I did shed a tear or tear discussing and realizing the reality of being a sojourner. Truly coming to realize how "our citizenship is in heaven" has been one of the most comforting things throughout this trial. I appreciate you and your comments, Cheeps.
Matthew 5: 14-16:
14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid. 15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.(KJV)
This is your hour to shed LIGHT, Garret.

Don’t be deterred, Garret. YOU’RE NEVER ALONE.

🙌🏻👏🏻 “Kin-dred spirit”—since O’Boyle is a contraction of actual surnames in my tree.
(Surely you’ve had enough of “spirit animals” by now, lol!)😉
💚💯☘️😆
Have you seen “Braveheart”?
“This is MY island!”
(In their night terrors, the wicked hear bagpipes...for good reason.)
⚡️☘️⚡️
One of my favorites since I was a lad 😉
A friend recently sent me the "they can take our lives, but they'll never take our freedom" speech too. Haha. Love it.

Except for my armor, I live out of a spiritual suitcase.
We’ve already been here toooooo long. Stay packed!
