I think there is an order of discussion. There are a lot of repulsive behaviors. Haughty eyes and a lying tongue are also an abomination. There are people, Christian people out there living their best haughty lying life!
We should look at all things unacceptable to God and all things that have been normalized and seek to root out that sin from our lives. ALL SIN. It is a process that God helps us with.
