He got off 7 that I am aware of. Someone did a really good remake of the incident and trailed every bullet and where it hit. They even backed it up with video evidence. It's not the conspiracy everyone makes it out to be. IMO.
The conspiracy lies with how it was allowed to happen, why SS didn't involve themselves in briefings, why the officers left the roof and their post etc. Not the bullets.
