I just got my form letter approval for religious accommodation -- the accommodation is a forced unpaid 90-day leave, during which "outside employment is not permitted during a personal leave of absence." So, there's no actual accommodation AND I can't earn money elsewhere. How is that an accommodation? And what should my next step be?
