And hiding the rest of the manifest is egregious, because there is some nasty stuff on that train. I haven't had a chance to really think about the interactivity of the chemicals on the train, but the transporter should and should have had an emergency action plan beyond light a match and everyone goes home.
I'm an office guy, not a emergency field guy. Good emergency response workers save lives and futures, bad ones make things worse. We'll find out soon what we have in action.
