That yacht sinking story is super weird. No damage at all? Can you imagine the fear in the middle of the night being on a ship that just just... sank, apparently without much warning since 6 people didn’t make it off? Heartbreaking for that teenage girl.

And his Morgan Stanley international investment banker buddy also went down with the boat. Quite a 3-fer coininky-dink. Looks like someone wanted those 3 men dead. Follow the money...
Maybe 'they' disappeared themselves to a place of safety. Not saying. More like ... very weird and incapable of assuming anything given the surrounding circumstances.
Good news is the yacht sits less than 200' below the surface so it can be raised. I'd imagine the yacht's insurance company and Italian environmental and marine agencies want it raised for a close look and fuel cleanup. Then we (may) see if the missing bodies are there or AWOL. Or maybe they'll beach themselves somewhere or end up in a fishing net;
For the sailers and boaters… did you not immediately think… “the drain plug!?!?” Pristine at the bottom of the sea, no damage or scrapes!? Add a questionable overinflated stock price sale… all passengers survived except the billionaire by way of his questionable stock price billion dollar sale law suit…🤔🧐🤔🧐… did someone pull the drain plug 🤔… Sinkings happen bc the drain plug wasn’t checked… or was it 🧐…. just ask any boater….
There are bulkheads in a boat of that size, so no one drain plug would work, and there likely aren’t plugs in a hull like that anyway. I own a 40m sailboat and this one has us freaked out a little!
So weird! There was some speculation about all the doors and hatches being open since it was hot, which would have allowed it to take on water quickly if it were blown over.. Only have experience on small fishing/sport boats in Midwestern lakes so I have no idea if that makes sense or not.
Those guys would have had the A/C on for sure. The generators run 24/7 and no way are those guys sleeping hot. Even on much smaller catamarans you’ll run the A/C at night. This is just a huge vessel to go down so fast. (You can take a look at my instagram to get an idea if you want. Bayesian is bigger, and has a bigger beam, but I have a hard time thinking Abide could go down so fast.)
Sorry, but in my Jason Bourne version, there was a scuba diver under the boat who open the port during the storm and put furniture in the way blocking the exit. The entire trip was a “celebration” of winning the case against the federal government who they sold a “data collecting” company to. The other partner was hit by a car 48 hours earlier.. Either it was our agencies exacting revenge for buying a faulty or bugged software program, or the program was used and it ensnared another bad guy (picture Viktor Bout type or a Russian oligarch) and they were angry that the founder didn’t get jail time and instead made sure they got punished in another way…
Just spit-balling here, but maybe this was a professional hit. A diver could have pulled the plug and got away. No one notices until too late the ship is sinking. The storm made great cover.

Made even more bizarre by the fact that his co-defendant was killed in a hit and run. Something stinks here.
Right? TWO days earlier!! Stinks to high heaven.

(and what? only one body and the rest missing?)

God knows and He will not be mocked. There is a judgement day for all. She may have been the only one "saved".
Good point!

So, aren't sailboats with keels designed to right themselves? Or what? Or have to be broken up to go to the bottom?
Yes! Which is why we’re keeping an eye on this investigation…

Sorry—I replied but didn’t embed it properly!

Did they not make it off because they were dead (and stashed where they would be hard to find) before it sank?
(I watch too much TV)
Or did they fake their own deaths and escape before the boat sank as they knew they were on a hit list?
Interesting point ...
????

It should have been Bill Ghate$...
