I don't know anything about him and haven't watched that video yet, but I have seen other related ones that talk about secret societies and they all worship the devil at the higher levels and the lower levels do not know it.
That is one of the points that Mr. Veith asserted in the bit I listened to from that link you shared. They have one set of "doctrine" for the 'masses' and another set (the SECRET STUFF) for the hierarchy!!
