Compound pharmacies will fill it. Retail pharmacy won’t. I’m had mine filled in 2022 from a prescription from the life saving REAL doctors at my free doctor.com (Dr Ben Marbles started it). I learned about them during the 1st Ron Johnson hearing and they were amazing if someone needs help. It’s free but they do ask for any donations after your treatment which I strongly recommend after my testimony of how they helped me.
Gettiing it over the counter (like in TN) is easy. Getting a script from your GP and having it filled by a pharmacy is relatively easy. Paying an out of state doc hundreds for a script (because they might lose their license and have to absorb the perilous cost) and then finding a compounder to make it (almost 400 bucks for 20 or so capsules for mine)... that is NOT easy.
Hmm. Maybe it depends where you go in TN or the pharmacy. My FIL got it with no script. It had to be somewhere near Knoxville. No... it could have been Johnson City. They were staying up in Blowing Rock NC and drove to TN for that purpose. And he used it. : )) Maybe try another place Smatse.
Yes TN passed a law that made the politicians LOOK like they were being very helpful... however the hidden language erected barriers. About 6 months ago I called Walgreens, CVS, a mom and pop pharmacy, and a compounding pharmacy in East TN to ask about getting the Ivermectin based on the new legislation. Was told that You still had to have a "medical need established by a doctor" and even with that, the pharmacies I contacted won't fill it in any case because they can't get it or some other illogical circular argument that I can't quite recall. I did find one compounding pharmacy near Nashville - Mt. Juliet, that has jumped through the hoops and has a program available for your consideration on-line through website : mtjulietpharmacy.com. Click on IVERMECTIN in their main menu box upper right. Bottom line - back when I was looking into this, you will have to set up an appointment and physically travel to Mt. Juliet (yes in 3D) to meet with them and get an approval on file. If you can do that, from then on you can have it shipped to your home (I think it may only be for TN residents). I think the cost while not pennies, was not as exorbitant as some of the other US-based sources online.
Wow! Thank you for this. I found Medicine Counter in Tennessee online and they offer it right on their website with no restrictions. I am trying to find out if they’re legit.
I called some retail pharmacies in TN before making the outing. This was several months ago. They all denied having it available OTC. Despite the new law. I didn't inquire, but it was as if they were taking a stand. ! No outing at that time. I'll have to try again, but since you say it's easy may I ask if you've purchased OTC in TN? If so, major city? Medium size town? Thanks for any intel.
*edit: OOPS! Just saw your reply to Smatse. You answered the question. 😁
I wonder what the response would be from a local pharmacy if you went in, asked for it and if they didn't have it - would they order it for you?
My FIL got his about a year ago. I don't know the pharmacy. But I will ask. If I see you and I know where I will reply to you. Not like I am going to forget your name. : )
Or... you could stick this email notification response in a special folder in your email client and pull it out when you get the answer? Go right to this here comment thread here. 😉👍
Or... because maybe you're a bit heterodox yer fine self, y' might find it easy to remember the first half of the handle? Or if you're a bit introverted in addition to yer fine and dandy heterodoxy... 🙄😅
Thank you! Appreciate the effort @Raptor. I once had a raptor's-eye view from about 75 ft in a hot air balloon. Floating in silence (when the burners were off) and could see rodents scurrying on the ground, rabbits, squirrels. Nothing smaller. But I wasn't hungry looking for prey, either. ;)
Places where you can go in and get the compounder to make it for you no script. Just go in answer a few q's and voila... meds. Though you probably don't need them. It is like having a hangover. Probably even less now. More like a slight nuisance.
Hubs says he thinks dad Walgreens. First one he would see coming from the east on I 40. I am suspect.
I imagine this is a comment area full of heterdoxies. I feel I am an introvert. Everyone insists I'm not. Everyone being my hubs and dog. Haha. No the dog surely thinks I am an introvert. So 50/50.
People have mistaken me for a "people person". I have learned behaviors that mimic that ilk. All the world's a stage. I can speak in front of an audience with little problem. Walk into a room of strangers? Drained even before I enter.
That video NAILS it. I have a limited supply of interacting energy then I am done. Great guns, gregarious mood and merrymaking while I am there in public, but I fret before we go if I don't know people and will have to talk to them. It drains me. I hate HATE small talk with strangers. And I will have to have downtime afterward. People don't get it because I am companionable.
Florida has a price gouging law. Not sure of the actual name or the exact specs for it, but IMO that easily qualifies. If you remember the name of the pharmacy, you could let it be known.
We were in a state of emergency. : ) IVM was essential to anyone wanting to recover from the first COVID esp since there were few alternatives. Maybe Hydroxychloroquine..
I wonder what the law is when you are one of few sellers and you sorta collude to gouge. There has to be a law. Like gas stations. I am clearly no lawyer and annoy lawyers when I say "That's a law?? Who knew!". OK one lawyer, but it would annoy others.
I got it easily online, with a $25 online consultation done at same time (it’s just answering a few written questions). Used Seven Cells compounding pharmacy in Florida, it shipped quickly. The FLCCC site has a list of places to get it including that one, none require an outside doctor or you can use MyFreeDoctor.com to get a prescription.
Easily available would mean calling your physician to get them to write a prescription (which most docs won’t do) and then waking into your local pharmacy to pick it up (which won’t happen either.
I just checked out this link and was very impressed with the ease and quality that appears to be in the ordering of ivermectin and azithromycin (Z-Pak) with no prescription needed. Thank you.
I have 3 checking accounts. I use one of them specifically for situations where a company won't take a credit card and wants to do an e-invoice with the banking details. Not much money in that one and I can transfer additional funds to cover a new purchase.
Many, if not most, credit card issuers are blacklisting companies that supply ivm, et al, to consumers. That's why the pay by echeck information is needed.
Do you have a link for the India site? I actually feel like the products from India are really good. I wonder sometimes about buying Ivermectin in the US, who knows if something was added at the manufacturing stage. I guess I'm not a very trusting person.
A little helpful suggestion....when ordering, from whomever, the mg tabs are more economical than the lesser formulations. They can be broken with a pill splitter, not need to even be precise due to the low toxicity. If you were to err, this is one where it's safe to err on the higher side.
They ARE good. Our own FDA actually contracts out to India pharma to supply our own needs. not just ivermectin, either, but many, many meds used here in USA are imported from India
I walked into a pharmacy off a cruise ship in Mexico and started to buy. Thought it was awfully expensive for just a few tablets and felt a bit sleazy so I left. Is it really safe?
American IVM. You have gotten your MX and India pills tested? I am not saying they are not good, I am questioning the "safest pharma ever" if they are not made in America. I have taken IVM, I like it, but I caution people to look at some of the stories out there about people who got Indian or Mx drugs. Especially antibiotics since they are probably the biggest thing people want.
I don't know Kathleen. I know I would prefer Israel if given a choice. I am sure we get lots of pills from other countries who have passed some sort of scrutiny (eyeroll), but not all online sellers are reputable. The quality may not be there and sometimes they ship out of date meds. Not that others don't mess up and sell out of dates, but...
I tried to get answers by contacting Sen. Casey (D-PA).
Received a word salad reply that they "will look into it." That response was sent to me on 27 March 2023. Sent a gentle reminder to Sen. Casey's office in mid-June asking if they received an answer from the VA.
Awesome that you contacted Casey. If you are still in for trying how about Chris Deluzio. He is a D from PA who is the Vice Ranking Member of the House Committee of Veteran Affairs.. He was in the Navy. Certainly he has some concerns about the possibility of vets possibly not getting quality meds. I thought we (meaning him) were fixing that mess at the VA! I'd mail a copy to Sen Casey. along with copies of the other notes you sent him - asking what it is going to take to get a response. You fought for the country(thank you). The least you should get is a response.
Meanwhile, Can you go to a local pharmacy or do you have to go to the one the VA tells you to go to?
I just tried to contact Rep. Deluzio on the website, but was unable to complete the request because I am out of his district.
The VA sends prescriptions normally from a central pharmacy (I think it might be the Hines VA in the Chicago area). The only way I knew where the meds were manufactured was because the original label was still on the bottle. There is no guarantee of where the meds were manufactured if a local pharmacy would just pull a large bottle of the meds off the shelf to fill the script. In a way, the VA did me a favor because I became more aware, and more alarmed, about where our prescription meds are being manufactured.
From what I have read, most antibiotics, or at least the raw ingredients, are made in China. And no one seems to be worried especially if Pedo Joe gets us into a kinetic war with the CCP.
Senator Casey is supposed to help.
They all have someone on their staff that is assigned military and veteran affairs (I used to work for a Congressman). When a request or inquiry comes in from a constituent, a letter is sent to the appropriate agency with the Senator or Congressman's signature on it. When I was working, I would give the VA 10 business days to give me an answer before I would start pestering them.
Senator Casey and his staff are a big fail...they just don't care.
You can buy it from a compounder willing to do it or your doctor will find an online drug seller who will sell the actual white pills in the blister pack made wherever is an approved manufacture for sale in the US. Like where you might get drugs you use on the normal that get delivered to your home. No funny biz. I got mine from both. I live in a conservative state and we had trouble finding a place to get the script filled) I went thru an FLCCC doc online. Bless him. The second one we got for my husband the compounder made (sold in a capsule).
Incidentally, you should take the IVM according to your weight and it will vary depending on whether you will be taking it as a preventative or as a treatment while infected. I think FLCCC can tell you the dosage, but the doc will certainly ask your weight and use.
I have done the same, several times, via India. Only one shipment---at the height of the witch hunting craze---was seized by US Customs ( and probably stolen by someone there, imo). I am paying $80 for 100 12mg tabs, plus shipping, usually about $30. Still a good deal. Can also get doxy, HCQ, azithromycin. The last shipment arrived in about a week or 10 days.
How do you figure?

When I tried I couldn't get it anywhere in MD, VA, WV or ME even with a script. Ended up getting the veterinary version (for dogs), same stuff.
I was unable to get it over the counter at the CVS in Maryville, TN. I even spoke to the pharmacist who insisted I needed to have a prescription.
They passed a law to allow it OTC in Tennissee. So it should be very easy to get there. :)

So I knew it would bug me and my FIL is not answering his texts (shock). I decided to do a quick search and:

Yep. Introvert.
Dog probably doesn't need to see vid 😅, but husband might be better informed for watching?
Stop! Drinking coffee! New blouse! Laughing? Ugh.
Joshua Brown Pharmacy in Bellevue, TN
Thank you CAM : )
Ivermectin: The Compounding Lab in Johnson City. Be well. : ))
Thank you!
My doctor wrote me a prescription in FL. My insurance wouldn’t cover it. Out of pocket cost was $2500!!! I had a good laugh as I walked away.
Florida has a price gouging law. Not sure of the actual name or the exact specs for it, but IMO that easily qualifies. If you remember the name of the pharmacy, you could let it be known.
I thought that law only kicked in after hurricanes, etc.?

It stopped being easy in 2021 to get it from a pharmacy around here.
Because he capitalized and shouted the word NOT - that means he’s right (except that he’s not)
I got it easily online, with a $25 online consultation done at same time (it’s just answering a few written questions). Used Seven Cells compounding pharmacy in Florida, it shipped quickly. Great info, thanks!
Except that he IS right.....at least in KY.
My dr was fired for writing Ivermectin rx’s.
My MD in Wisconsin got in licensing trouble from our state for prescribing it (Wisconsin). Still. To this day.
I have purchased 3x from India and 2x from Mexico. No prescription.
Easy.
I do NOT care if someone doesn’t believe me. They choose to be foolish.
I am sharing a FACT?
I've purchased Ivermectin online without a prescription through the website called, Ivermectin.com.
It is from India and SOLD in the US.
Also my virus detector didn't like it. So...
Thank you for this info and link!
I have used them, too. Costs more than thru India, but b/c they are shipping from the USA, it removes the worry about Customs seizing your parcel.
Why does this company need my bank routing number in order to ‘send me an e-invoice’? That seems bogus. Can someone please comment?
Bitdefender said it is a dangerous website.
Thank you.
Thank you.
But why do they ask for the routing number to one’s bank account? Looks suspicious to me.
So they can be paid.
That is not an answer. A vendor does NOT need the bank account number of a customer to be paid. A credit card number would suffice. Looks fishy to me.
The site I was using did not take credit cards.
That is why they wanted RTN and account number...to get paid.
Kind of like ACH processing or e-invoice.
Thank you. I’m certainly not comfortable giving out my bank account routing number to an online site. Appreciate the reply.
I have 3 checking accounts. I use one of them specifically for situations where a company won't take a credit card and wants to do an e-invoice with the banking details. Not much money in that one and I can transfer additional funds to cover a new purchase.

Very inexpensive.
And..... it works.

I had no problem getting it from my dr and pharmacist in 2022
