I was just reading about Celia Farber and her new book “Serious Adverse Events: An Uncensored History of AIDS.” She details exactly how Fauci, the Fraud, used the same playbook with Covid that he did with AIDS. AND...isn’t it just so interesting that Fauci uses the Wellcome Trust’s with Covid just like he did with AIDS since they manufactured AZT!

I read RFK Jr's book "The Real Anthony Fauci". Caution, if you have high blood pressure issues, you might want to take it very slowly. When you absorb in one book how truly evil this lifelong criminal truly is, and you many lives his actions have caused, it is not surprise that RFK called Fauci "Evil" as well. That man is at least a sociopath if not a psychopath.

As I describe in a follow-up comment deep in this thread, based on RFK's book and other sources describing Fauci's life of malfeasance and the cost in human lives probably now in the millions, I've moved firmly into the psychopath camp to best describe this human cockroach. I read his book. I got it on Kindle and clicked on all 2,200+ links. That book was a commitment! It took me over 2 months to get through it, but it was worth it.
I was horrified by what RFK Jr wrote, but it was time for all of it to come out in one neat package. Fauci and his cronies, including Gates, are very sick, sick people. To lie repeatedly to the world for decades with a straight face shows what sociopaths they are. There was a definitive reason why in 1986 Fauci got Congress to pass a law absolving vaccine mfg from any liability. I mean, what the hell...they weren’t really testing the vaccines the way they should have any way so, why worry about liability?! Liability Schmiability.
They didn't test vaccines because the entirety of the vaccine industry is a lie. There is no test they can do. There is no virus to vaccinate against. Pharma NEVER EVER proved one vaccine to be safe or effective. Never. Ever. Not one. I've read books and watched documentaries and read studies about vaccines for 12 years. The Wuhan gain of function story is a waste of time, another distraction. No virus, no pandemic. Has poisoning happened from corona shots? Hell yes! Focus on that and the $100B profit of Fauci and Gates and Pfizer and friends...

They never a had an accurate test that could prove infection with a particular SARS 2 CV 19 pathogen. They created a 'casedemic' with a faulty testing apparatus.
I am skeptical about everything, but what makes you sick if there are no viruses? I tested positive for COVID last summer and had a "flu" or symptoms unlike anything I'd ever had before it felt unnaturally painful. My spouse got it--different symptoms--and was down for 2-3 months. I believe in both terrain theory and germ theory, yes germs can get you when your terrain is weak. But if viruses don't exist, do other germs? What is it that is causing the illness?
There was a suggestion a couple of years back that in some areas (eg North Italy; New York) something was released in order to up the fear factor by causing some deaths. It was around the time Trump was calling for body bags for New York; I read it again recently. there could be something in it.
Take this one step at a time. There are no viruses. The fact that you get sick does NOT mean, and is NOT proof, that viruses exist. The fact that you got Xmas presents as a child does NOT prove Santa exists.
If the germ theory were thrown out as it should be, and there were widespread recognition that we don't have a scientific, definitive answer to why you get sick, then the whole of biology could start concentrating on the correct questions. As it is now, due to govt taking over all science, our tax dollars flooding in the wrong direction make it impossible for researchers to ask the right questions and perform the required experiments.
That doesn't change the reality that there is no virus. I hope that some day Jeff realizes this so that he doesn't continue to pass on the gain of function fear porn.
I am highly skeptical of what this is too. But my cousin got it and she is tough as nails. She said her hair was failing out and it was so painful- clearly not just the flu.

When you scratch the surface of their words you realize they always mean something else than what you hear them say. By building a "better flu vaccine - one you don't have to get every year" he knew they were developing the mRNA technology, the "ice cream cone" approach. In his analogy the cone itself is the mRNA biotechnology platform, the hardware of a "vaccine." Into which different flavors - like variants - could be scooped into, like application programs, manufacturing blueprints that get uploaded. Not considered a vaccine, even though it's injected, or otherwise taken in, like say through a nasal spray with nanoparticles in it encoded with the blueprints.
Envisioned as a bypass to the slow growing in a medium process like inside chicken eggs and mammalian cells, streamlined production, much faster way to identify and reproduce "updates" for new variants than the current months-long production process that is never current by the time it gets injected into arms.
This is their goal, laudable if it actually was how respiratory illness attributed to viruses was spread. But their theory of spread is flawed. And can never work. Vaccines shed and spread. Even mRNA biotechnology, not just the LAIV biotech that was used in the 2019 flu vaccine. Every "update" for new variants that isn't deemed a "vaccine" makes the body a factory for the new protein with characteristics associated with the variant, like "spikes." Which also sheds and spreads, infecting others. A vicious circle that you never get out of, nonstop "pandemics."
This is how and why these people don't think they're doing evil. They truly believe they're saving us, even over our "ignorant, selfish"objections. Most of them. Only a few at the top know better.

I posted this on another comment last week, a reader searched the interwebs high and low for any sign of a Michael Sonn. None to be found. Having learned about the evils of vaccines in the early 90’s, I’m very thankful for Kennedy’s book and also that it is all coming out now. When a friend’s child died because of a vax, it solidified my beliefs.

Yeah, I am thinking rabies as well. I had a talk with a doctor. She asked about tetanus. I said no, saying the chances of dying from tetanus were slim to none. She agreed with my assessment.
Beware the rabies vaccine unless absolutely certain of infection. I have a friend who lost his health after the shot and is still working diligently to try to recover 8 years later 😕
Knowing what I know about vaxs, I would need definitive proof that it would actually do anything for rabies. I’m sure there are modalities that would be helpful, i.e. homeopathy, etc.
I’m sorry that I have no references to share. My friend was given a shot as a precaution after a possible bite from a bat. If I was a attacked by an obviously rabid animal, I personally would gamble and take the vaccine but otherwise absolutely not.
It is given only if traveling to places where the incidence is expected to be high amongst the local animal population, or after exposure to a potentially or known rabies-carrying animal. Such as a bat, or others, depending on your location, I believe.
The conundrum is that, if contracted, rabies is almost universally fatal, or that is what we have always been told. I have no particular reason to doubt it is true.

There is indeed treatment for rabies. It is a series of painful shots...that have very good success. If bitten or scratched by a wild animals the best idea is to seek treatment immediately. Have the animal captured if possible, to verify.
My son pointed out that in real pandemics we would see vid of body bags stacked on sidewalks in major cities throughout the world. Even AI could not create that.

At some point I came to the theory that all world leaders...actually all leaders of a substantially large number of people...either have personality disorders like narcissism (Trump) or more serious mental disorders like sociopathy (Hillary, Hunter) or psychopathy (Obama, Biden, Fauci, and countless others in leadership roles).
It is the traits associated with these conditions that enable them to go in front of thousands of people and argue for actions or decisions with complete confidence, even though they know they don't know what they are talking about and are thus lying. At that level, with so many variables and so many people impacted, no one knows what the right or best course of action would be. So the ones who win the arguments (and elections) are the ones who are best at acting and speaking as if they do know. Typically narcissists, psychopaths, and to some degree sociopaths are good at lying like this. Cornpop, actually Biden's entire career, "I don't see red states or blue states," "but her emails," etc. are all recent examples of this capacity to lie to millions with a straight face.
Additionally, these types of people like to control others. They typically see others as a means to an end, which aligns perfectly with large-scale leadership roles, where they command faceless people (as opposed to small team leadership roles, where they have to see and interact directly with the people they lead). Because they want power over others, they are drawn to government.
So, in essence, we are ruled by lunatics who are good at lying. Which should not come as a surprise to anyone who has read a history book. Government, throughout all of human history, has been populated with narcissists, sociopaths, and psychopaths.

We sued the surgeon. We know it won’t bring her back and it truly isn’t about money. It’s about getting this surgeons license. He killed another patient the same way he did to mom (punctured her intestines and she died of sepsis) in the last 10 years (he testified at his deposition) and has 22 lawsuits against him (we are #19).
We have been through summary judgement and are awaiting a court date for the last year and a half in NYS (Long Island). My brother and I just want to stop him from practicing. Same here. I got the audiobook and was just enraged the whole time. I’d be at work just cursing and mad, hoping no one would come up and ask for a flu shot (fuck no! you know what kinda bullshit poison all that is???). I don’t do the shots anyway I tell everyone they have to come back during the day bc I have integrity.
I read a substack called The Forgotten Side of Medicine by someone who calls themself A Midwestern Doctor. He or She covered this recently as well. It's a good read for anyone who wants to learn more about the actual history and ineffectiveness of medical interventions, including vaccines. Articles can be long, but include the actual data and history to make the case.
The Midwestern doctor's take is that covid followed the standard set by smallpox vaccines, which it turns out were also not necessary and killed people. Adoption of the smallpox vaccine was drummed up via fear (taking a handful of deaths in NYC and scaring people about them). The illness waned for reasons unrelated to the vaccine but scientists claimed the vaccine caused the illness to fade. Fauci seems to use this playbook regularly.
The playbook seems to be:
- Drum up fear about a "new" or particularly deadly virus
- Outlaw the use of existing treatments for the illness (for covid, think ivermectin & hydroxychloroquine)
- Cause deaths to go up due to outlawing treatments, which drives demand for a vaccine
- Introduce a "vaccine" without adequate testing
- The vaccine kills people, but the deaths are blamed on the illness
- Quietly allow the effective treatments to be reintroduced and used again
- Deaths from the illness slow due to the treatments being allowed (we saw this with covid)
- Claim the vaccine caused the illness to go away
- Make the vaccine mandatory or part of a regular schedule
That is correct - i was a nurse back in the days when AIDS reared its ugly head. Patients were coming in with Pneumocystis Carinii and we were treating them with IV Bactrim and they were surviving. Then .... we got word from administration that Bactrim would no longer be used as a therapeutic measure since AZT was available. Patients then died when they contracted that type of pneumonia - along with deaths from that killer drug. That was 3 decades ago - healthcare has been an evil disgrace for a long time.

Jeff, I wanted to send you a picture of our local obituaries. You reported on Bo Beck. On the same page there are 5 obituaries. Of those 5, 3 Died suddenly from cardiac issues. One was Bo the other two were DOB 1969 and 1958. So in the space of about a week and half in little Bozeman Montana there were 3 SADS and this was only from one funeral home. We have two. The facts are right there. They just don’t report them.

He is now allowed back on state property but enjoys working from home. He does go in once a week now just to show his face.

1) No real insistence on God-given rights baring the government from infringing upon personal health sovereignty in the first place. Therefore, I assume that Hutchinson was just a 'politician' doing us a favor in the form of civil grant of permission. Whether good motives or not, not about the God-given Rights of Liberty, free and clear of civil government.
2) If Arkansas was a real sovereign state, the governor could just say no to National Guard covid mandating. This would be a constitutional executive order of the chief executive of a sovereign state. He did not do that. Instead he went the route of exemptions, again a civil power grant and nothing to do with unalienable right to refusal outright. The suggestion here is that Federal Power has the power supreme over that National Guard, not the state.
I think he and our TX governor Abbott are cut from the same cloth, establishment RINOS. They’ve toed the line to a degree, because they knew they were elected by conservatives, but their liberal underbelly shows up every now and then.

My feeling upon reading all of the different points in this round up is overwhelming disgust 😖🤬 Disgust at bureaucrats heading our government agencies, disgust at Harris and the elites who have zero regard for anyone but themselves, disgust at creepy Joe molesting that poor child who is clearly recoiling and revolted by him, disgust at Fauci’s lies, the media who won’t talk about or admit SADS, disgust at how glib and cavalier the majority of “experts” are about the cancer causing potential of vaccines, especially the Covid shots. It’s really stomach turning. And infuriating. I need to start seeing sone sort of justice and retribution, and soon!
This was an emotional read for me today. I didn’t know about the contaminated polio viruses. 😞 The revelation of the hidden fraud fauci email which we already knew was true…but to see it in writing was vindicating a little, all the SADS deaths that continue to pile up. There is a high school junior in our community who has developed an "exceedingly rare" neurological disorder and she has become basically vegetative. The family is trying to raise money for wheelchair ramps and such for her house. I live in a highly vaccinated community, so we can pretty much guess why she developed this disease.
Yeah. The hardest part is seeing the young people suffer from this totally unnecessary shot. I go from sorrow to anger over it. My children have prepared themselves for what might come. They are not vaxxed. Most of their friends are vaxxed. 😔

Jeff, any suggestions for legal counsel in FL for a hospital negligence suit? Father was given Remdesivir even though he had only 1 kidney -- subsequently died of sepsis & “covid pneumonia”. We asked for alternate therapies (IVM & HCQ) but were declined. Been trying many lawyers but FL Statute 768.38 seems too daunting for most. Thank you for all you do!

Yes thank you AJ! I will double check but I believe we contacted them and received recommendations. Also contacted Former Feds. The real challenge is FL Statute 768 which provides a massive shield for all types of negligence and misconduct carried out by hospitals in treating Covid patients. A Covid patient could be dropped on their head and the hospital would still be protected. Also the standards of evidence are made more demanding for plaintiffs. The statute has significant anti-patient implications.
Regarding the celebrity mystery illnesses, I follow Jason Aldean and his wife on social media. I'm going to say the chances of him being vaxed is pretty much zero. He and his wife are very vocal on Instagram about their feelings on that front.
A lot of these sudden deaths have to be from normal causes like heat exhaustion, dehydration, and abnormal non-vaccine causes like drugs - steroids, fentanyl, etc. But even with that... there’s a waaaay over normal rate of death among especially young people since Covid.
It is possible that the being injected reduces one’s resilience in the face of those other physiological stresses. 🤷🏼♀️ Just as the vax seems to target pre-existing vulnerabilities otherwise: folks w autoimmune find their disease worsens, folks w high blood pressure suddenly find it skyrocketing, and so on.

The more that comes out, the more irate I become. I’ve been questioning my daughters developmental delay/intellectual disabilities. Attributed to a traumatic birth and emergency c-section (which still could be the reason)…. But, there was no need for resuscitation, APGAR scores were great…. after her vaxxes and at the time she should have been doing normal baby development things…she wasn’t. NOT ONE PERSON (DOCTOR) EVER SUGGESTED VAX INJURY! Blamed it on the birth or in utero. Never-mind in utero was fine too, except she was measuring small and the same the last month. In fact they were worried she wasn't growing so they induced labor on her due date. I was a first time mom and had no idea what to think. We didn't question any of it. Just went along with the doctors. She was just over 7lbs. Ugh 😞 It could've even been that they induced with pitocin that caused the whole trauma.
It doesn’t change the lifelong anguish and challenges for her and us, and I know we will never know for sure what happened…I've already resolved we'll never know, but it makes me so mad I have tears in my eyes just typing this. I had always just believed what we were told and never questioned any of it until the last couple years. NOWWWW I'm thinking critically. Sigh.
I am so sorry, Sunnydaze. I can relate somewhat. My daughter changed after her first vaccines and I didn't even realize why until years later. We were on an alternate schedule-- I was skeptical of vaccine safety even then, but not strongly enough to refuse completely. So she got her first-ever vaccines at 4 months and we staggered them.
Anyway, we went on a trip shortly after she turned 4 months old, and I remember noticing that after that trip she went from being an unusually easygoing, very happy, laid-back baby who slept really well (this was my second baby so I knew it was a marvel) to suddenly having a ton of trouble sleeping and being very fussy and just very "different" in general. It was a stark difference that remained that way... forever. To this day as a tween we have a lot of problems with her behavior and her health.
For years I wondered what may have happened on that trip that changed things because it was that trip that marked such a difference in her. I thought it was something about the trip itself, though I wasn't sure what (I had completely forgotten that we had even gotten the shots right before). It never clicked for me until a "Facebook Memory" popped up years later in which I saw that I had written, "My daughter gets her first-ever vaccines today, and then we leave for our trip to Boston!"
My heart sank. I did this to her-- and I *kind of* knew better (at least enough to delay and stagger), and she has never been the same since. I would give anything to go back and never vaccinate either of my children. (We have a lot of issues with my son as well that make me wonder, too. His birth was similar to what you describe, too, but he was fine right afterwards.) I wonder all the time how different my kids' lives and health may have been if I had never done what I knew deep in my heart to be the wrong thing with those shots. I share your tears and I grieve with you and with everyone whose lives have been harmed by vaccine injury.
I also have a friend whose 4-month-old died after her shots. I had no idea at the time-- this was years ago-- we were all told "SIDS," and that was horrific enough. It was an agonizing time. Now I know what SIDS really is, and it feels even worse. There's got to be a special place in hell for all the monsters who have orchestrated these crimes against humanity.
My daughter had her first and numerous shots at 3.5 months. We never questioned any of it.
Because of what we were told we never questioned vaxxing our son either. Honestly, didn’t notice any weird things with him until after the HPV vax the doctor talked him into as an early teen. Then all hell broke loose for his health. 😞 I still didn’t equate the shots as the problem. Until more recently. I just thought, Oh well, I guess they’re born this way 🤷♀️….ugh. 😡
It sickens me too. I’ve played the “what if” game with my daughter for years and years. Questioned everything I did while pregnant, blamed myself, thought it was Gods punishment for something I didn’t even know I did, but SOME thing happened.
I’ve finally been freed of that way of thinking, but it’s come full circle in my mind with the vaxxes.
Now I question all of it.
The only way I find peace is knowing how much we love our daughter and son, and that some day Gods vengeance will be carried out. I have to trust His goodness and mercy and righteous judgement too.

I'm sure there are others, thank God for physicians and clinicians that are working on reversing this delayed genocide. Critically Thinking with Dr. T and Dr. P ( I use Rumble) is a great source of information, and once a month they have a "5 Doc's" segment. All very informative.
In the meantime I will say a blanket prayer for all the kids and parents suffering through vax side effects. And don't beat yourselves up, you did what we have been told to do for years, you vaccinated because you love your children. Only now do we know better.
Sunnydaze and Jen- I just want to say- my oldest two are fully v'd through age 4. Lots of issues (anxiety, adhd, outbursts, sleep, etc) a third only v'd through age 2 and the last two nothing at all- as you can se I figured out the truth as I went along. My 4th is a mini me of my first in so many ways and still has many issues (some too young to tell- she's only 2) despite no v's. So it may have played a role but it was likely other factors involved as well. Have you tried anything to detox your kids yet?
I agree that it's rarely one thing that causes a child's issues (but vaccines are a huge one), and yes, we are constantly detoxing. Unfortunately a few years ago I got very, very sick, and we discovered that we had hidden toxic mold in our house (a different house than the one we lived in than when the kids were babies and were probably vaccine injured), so we've spent the last few years detoxing from that (in addition to moving, etc). I now know way too much about toxins of all kinds, from mold to heavy metals to hidden infections, etc, etc. We are all a constant detox work in progress since our world is constantly poisoning us from every direction, from our water to our air to our food to everything in between.
I don't know what you children's symptoms are, but another disease kids have is PANS/PANDAS. It can cause sudden changes in a kids behavior. Like autism, it's a spectrum disorder, and like autism, the incidence is growing. One of my kids has PANS/PANDAS. I learned in 2020-2021 that informed consent is more blah blah blah. Nobody gave informed consent to the jab. I didn’t even give informed consent to any of my vaxxes or my kids vaxxes. It was a farce. Not one doctor in my lifetime EVER really explained anything about any shots. Just - hold out your arm while I inject you. It’s shameful. I never questioned our child’s vaccines either. Until the last couple of years.
Ours had a rash that broke out ten days after shots. Lasted six weeks. Usually attributed to a virus, as are most things pediatricians can’t explain.
I never ever connected it w shots until sometime in the last couple of years. Then, guess what? Looking back at the first year baby calendar recently, saw the entry re the shots. And also that same day a note that they had “stomach flu” that night.
It wasn’t stomach flu. It was an adverse reaction. It was their body trying to rid itself of something toxic. As was the rash that came a few days later.
I never knew because I had never been told what to look for. I bet the pediatrician didn’t know either - would’ve just called the timing “coincidence.”
Our kiddo has some issues, not as your daughter, but definitely impair life. Including food sensitivities/allergies, which really impact social activities, especially as they get older. Everything involves food, and it is so hard to say “no,” and to have to take own food to everything.

I have personally had well over 500 constituents who have reached out to me, deathly ill, terrified, and they could not get any help at a hospital. I have contacts in other states with other doctors
that will do a tele-help and prescribe therapeutics. Not a single one has gone to a hospital yet. Not one.
On the other side of this equation I have talked to well over 500 nurses and respiratory therapists. I have three of those that I've talked to, one literally fell apart emotionally on the phone screaming and crying, swearing, this guy never swears, of how bad it is and what's going on in these hospitals. That many of these supposed covid patients are actually covid vaccine-injured patients. The stories that Mark told about the ventilators, very true. I have gotten to know a couple of these doctors— 17,000 doctors are screaming from the rooftops, this thing, this program has got to stop. And yet we press on.
If the media would just do some digging. If I can find 500 nurses, RNs, LPNs, whatever they all are, that will tell me personal stories of all that what they're seeing I don't know why somebody else can't.
Now many of them came to me, but I'm sure they're reaching out to others. There was a nurse of 20 years for the Mayo Clinic, husband is self-employed, she has a choice, she was denied an exemption, so she got a choice, either take this damn jab or lose your job. Two kids in college. What do you do? She suddenly began to just completely fell apart crying, I couldn't understand anything for 10 minutes. She took it and she is now paralyzed. Her daughters had to come from school to take care of her, to get her back and forth to the bathroom, to feed her, clean her, all of it. Bad choice.
These are not rare stories. These are not the few. There are so many of them.
My father had mild melanoma for the last ten years. He takes the stupid shot and now his body is fully blown full of cancer in one month. His sister got the booster shot. The following day she was hemorrhaging internally, they couldn't figure out where, they just kept pumping her full of blood til they could get inside her and figure it out. I actually looked at my dad and said, When do your red flags go up? Because mine went up many, many months ago.

I am SO thankful for SV40 getting inserted into the vaccination conversation. The best book on this is "The Virus & the Vaccine" by Debbie Bookchin. A tough slog because of so much "medicalese"... but eye popping at the same time. The contaminated batches of polio vaccines were still hanging around as late as 1999. Worse, it's believed they are the reason brain cancer is now the number one killer of kids, whereas it used to be leukemia. Researchers sat up and started paying more attention when they started seeing women who had never been around asbestos or even smoked get mesothelioma. It's believed 40% of meso cases are due to the contaminated polio vaccines.

Massachusetts is facing numerous troubling vaccine bills that have comment/testimony cut-offs on Monday.
The biggest concern is S.1391. It does away with the religious exemption for school kids.
S.1458 and H.2151 are very problematic (same bill, one in House and one in Senate). They allow vaccination without parental consent, no age restriction, constrain medical exemptions, allow private schools/entities to refuse religious exemptions, and allow private schools to require more vaccines than the MA schedule.

You've all been through a lot, we've all honestly been through a lot, and I'm sure the path that brought you here today was not easy. But we're all coming together here today in our beautiful state capitol, the people's house, to share our stories, stories of lives lost and shattered because of three little words. Public health emergency.
Health is hugely important to our daily lives. There is a well-known saying, when you don't have your health, nothing else matters. And public health departments can and do play an important role in protecting public health with laws that protect us. You know, I'm happy that there are, there are laws for restaurants so you don't get poisoned when you go out to eat, you know? Or, you know, disasters. But when lockdowns happened in the spring of 2020, the first question a great many people had was, can they do this? How, how can they do this?
Well, over the last many years, many, many years, state legislatures across the country expanded the governors' powers formerly reserved for things like natural disasters and armed conflict and gave them, I'm going to say this word a couple times today, broad powers to their governors during a public health emergency. No limitations, no restrictions, no expiration dates. So what we saw was two weeks to flatten the curve has now turned into three years.
I'm fairly certain that the lawmakers that passed those laws expanding powers to broadly include public health didn't realize the ramifications of how those powers, so broadly given, could be abused in the future. And they were abused badly. Lockdowns, stay home, stand six feet apart, masks over our breathing holes, can't go to the gym or church or school. You can't go to neighboring states. Small businesses were devastated while big businesses remained open.
And finally, to save us all, you must inject a liability-free experimental one-size-fits-all pharmaceutical product. And if you do, you will be rewarded with gift cards and free hamburgers and beer and access. And if you don't, you will lose your job, possibly your career, your pension, your access to an education. You will be shut out from attending sporting events or theater. No access to restaurants. You can't go to your cousin's wedding.
There is an ever-growing lack of trust in public health, starting at the top with the WHO and the CDC and the FDA, and working it's way down.
And just to give you one example, the FDA asked the courts to hide the Pfizer covid-19 clinical trial documents from the public for 75 years.* You got to kind of— what are they hiding? Why are they hiding information from us about these clinical trials? So we must ask ourselves why.
If you attended our legislative briefing in the House Members Lounge with Dr. Madhava Setty** on Tuesday, you would have learned that, according to Pfizer's own documents, for every one person possibly saved from ending up in the hospital with severe covid, 15 people had a severe adverse event, and those, that includes death.
I looked up the VAERS*** reports today. 1,556,000 reports in the world and 9,595, wait, 959,000
reports in the US of adverse events.
But there was one state, in the state of Minnesota, where health freedom advocates recognized the dangers of the broadness of this language. In Minnesota the governor's powers were amended to add, individuals have a fundamental right to refuse medical treatment, testing, physical or mental examination, vaccination, participation in experimental procedures, and protocols, collection of specimens and preventative treatment programs.
Since the lockdowns started started in 2020, you probably don't know this, you won't hear it on the news, 49 states have filed over 900 right to refuse bills aimed at protecting bodily autonomy and stopping both the covid shots and medical mandates. 79 of those bills have passed into law in 29 states across the nation. More than half of the states in this country have passed right to refuse bills in less than three years.
So I just want you to know, you're not alone. You might be alone in Massachusetts.
We must make sure it does not happen again. We must not continue down this road to medical authoritarianism where elected officials put laws in place that give them the right to tell us what we must do with our bodies or else we can't live, work or go to school in the state of Massachusetts. They don't. That is a basic, fundamental, God-given right protected by the Constitution.
The Nuremberg Code states, the voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. Have we learned nothing from our past mistakes?
In a few minutes you will hear the stories of those who have been injured or harmed by the covid 19 vaccine and its mandates. So many lives have been devastated. These stories are heavily censored. You won't hear them on mainstream media because, well, they get 75% of their ad revenue from pharmaceutical companies, and they're not allowed to talk about it.****
So we are here to give them a voice, and the first step is awareness and the next step is action. I know we can have good, strong public health policies without infringing on civil liberties and a person's right to choose their own healing path. We ask you to support legislation that protects the rights of the people of Massachusetts to make their own health decisions without coercion or discrimination.
I'm going to end with this quote from my own personal health freedom hero, attorney Diane Miller. She said, We are a nation of laws, and I believe that we have to be involved in the lawmaking process or we have to live with the laws that we pass. We have to be there when they're drafting laws because that's what's shaping our reality.
Looking back, we can see how very true those words are. If we the people don't help write the laws, someone else will do it for us. So the time is now to step up and use the legislative process to pass laws that protect health freedom rights.

Technically, there are NO laws on the books for homeschooling in MA.
There are 3 court cases that all went for the homeschooler.
However, HOW it gets implemented/monitored is up to each CITY/TOWN. So from one town to another, you'll get a vast difference in the "ease" with which to homeschool. The court cases are on your side. But most of the school boards haven't bothered to read them to know what they can and cannot ask from you.
Each year my school district asked for more than they were allowed to ask for, I just sent them the 3 court case rulings and asked that their school board get a lawyer to understand what they can and cannot require from me. I kept getting the same form each year.
Thankfully, it's been very easy for us. We send a progress report each year and the request for approval to homeschool the next year and that's it. We are planning to move and have been dismayed to find that many red states still have more onerous homeschooling requirements than where we are now.
If worse comes to worse, move to a sane state. I don’t have little children anymore, but if I did, I would leave WA state in an Idaho minute! I know personally a few who have and many anecdotally and ALL say it was the best decision ever.
This is very concerning. I lived in Boston for many years but so glad I got out. I live in marginally better state now but it's never far from my mind that these kinds of bills are always on the agenda in any state with any significant Dem presence. And the more states that pass these kinds of bills, the more this movement will grow nationwide. It really scares me. I am skeptical about everything, but what makes you sick if there are no viruses? I tested positive for COVID last summer and had a "flu" or symptoms unlike anything I'd ever had before it felt unnaturally painful. My spouse got it--different symptoms--and was down for 2-3 months. I believe in both terrain theory and germ theory, yes germs can get you when your terrain is weak. But if viruses don't exist, do other germs? What is it that is causing the illness?
There was a suggestion a couple of years back that in some areas (eg North Italy; New York) something was released in order to up the fear factor by causing some deaths. It was around the time Trump was calling for body bags for New York; I read it again recently. there could be something in it.
Take this one step at a time. There are no viruses. The fact that you get sick does NOT mean, and is NOT proof, that viruses exist. The fact that you got Xmas presents as a child does NOT prove Santa exists.
If the germ theory were thrown out as it should be, and there were widespread recognition that we don't have a scientific, definitive answer to why you get sick, then the whole of biology could start concentrating on the correct questions. By building a "better flu vaccine - one you don't have to get every year" he knew they were developing the mRNA technology, the "ice cream cone" approach. In his analogy the cone itself is the mRNA biotechnology platform, the hardware of a "vaccine." Into which different flavors - like variants - could be scooped into, like application programs, manufacturing blueprints that get uploaded. Not considered a vaccine, even though it's injected, or otherwise taken in, like say through a nasal spray with nanoparticles in it encoded with the blueprints.
Envisioned as a bypass to the slow growing in a medium process like inside chicken eggs and mammalian cells, streamlined production, much faster way to identify and reproduce "updates" for new variants than the current months-long production process that is never current by the time it gets injected into arms.
This is their goal, laudable if it actually was how respiratory illness attributed to viruses was spread. But their theory of spread is flawed. And can never work. Vaccines shed and spread. Even mRNA biotechnology, not just the LAIV biotech that was used in the 2019 flu vaccine. Every "update" for new variants that isn't deemed a "vaccine" makes the body a factory for the new protein with characteristics associated with the variant, like "spikes." Which also sheds and spreads, infecting others. A vicious circle that you never get out of, nonstop "pandemics."
This is how and why these people don't think they're doing evil. They truly believe they're saving us, even over our "ignorant, selfish"objections. Most of them. Only a few at the top know better.

Having learned about the evils of vaccines in the early 90’s, I’m very thankful for Kennedy’s book and also that it is all coming out now. When a friend’s child died because of a vax, it solidified my beliefs.

I’m sorry that I have no references to share. My friend was given a shot as a precaution after a possible bite from a bat. If I was a attacked by an obviously rabid animal, I personally would gamble and take the vaccine but otherwise absolutely not.

Rabies is just, rabies.
It is given only if traveling to places where the incidence is expected to be high amongst the local animal population, or after exposure to a potentially or known rabies-carrying animal. Such as a bat, or others, depending on your location, I believe.
The conundrum is that, if contracted, rabies is almost universally fatal, or that is what we have always been told. I have no particular reason to doubt it is true.

There is indeed treatment for rabies. It is a series of painful shots...that have very good success. If bitten or scratched by a wild animals the best idea is to seek treatment immediately. Have the animal captured if possible, to verify.
Raccoons are carriers. If there is a raccoon in the day time acting strange, it probably has rabies.

So the ones who win the arguments (and elections) are the ones who are best at acting and speaking as if they do know. Typically narcissists, psychopaths, and to some degree sociopaths are good at lying like this. Cornpop, actually Biden's entire career, "I don't see red states or blue states," "but her emails," etc. are all recent examples of this capacity to lie to millions with a straight face.
Additionally, these types of people like to control others. They typically see others as a means to an end, which aligns perfectly with large-scale leadership roles, where they command faceless people (as opposed to small team leadership roles, where they have to see and interact directly with the people they lead). Because they want power over others, they are drawn to government.
So, in essence, we are ruled by lunatics who are good at lying. Which should not come as a surprise to anyone who has read a history book. Government, throughout all of human history, has been populated with narcissists, sociopaths, and psychopaths.

He killed another patient the same way he did to mom (punctured her intestines and she died of sepsis) in the last 10 years (he testified at his deposition) and has 22 lawsuits against him (we are #19).
We have been through summary judgement and are awaiting a court date for the last year and a half in NYS (Long Island). My brother and I just want to stop him from practicing. I read a substack called The Forgotten Side of Medicine by someone who calls themself A Midwestern Doctor. He or She covered this recently as well. It's a good read for anyone who wants to learn more about the actual history and ineffectiveness of medical interventions, including vaccines. Articles can be long, but include the actual data and history to make the case.
The Midwestern doctor's take is that covid followed the standard set by smallpox vaccines, which it turns out were also not necessary and killed people. Adoption of the smallpox vaccine was drummed up via fear (taking a handful of deaths in NYC and scaring people about them). The illness waned for reasons unrelated to the vaccine but scientists claimed the vaccine caused the illness to fade. Fauci seems to use this playbook regularly.
The playbook seems to be:
- Drum up fear about a "new" or particularly deadly virus
- Outlaw the use of existing treatments for the illness (for covid, think ivermectin & hydroxychloroquine)
- Cause deaths to go up due to outlawing treatments, which drives demand for a vaccine
- Introduce a "vaccine" without adequate testing
- The vaccine kills people, but the deaths are blamed on the illness
- Quietly allow the effective treatments to be reintroduced and used again
- Deaths from the illness slow due to the treatments being allowed (we saw this with covid)
- Claim the vaccine caused the illness to go away
- Make the vaccine mandatory or part of a regular schedule
- Collect $$$

1) No real insistence on God-given rights baring the government from infringing upon personal health sovereignty in the first place. Therefore, I assume that Hutchinson was just a 'politician' doing us a favor in the form of civil grant of permission. Whether good motives or not, not about the God-given Rights of Liberty, free and clear of civil government.
2) If Arkansas was a real sovereign state, the governor could just say no to National Guard covid mandating. This would be a constitutional executive order of the chief executive of a sovereign state. He did not do that. Instead he went the route of exemptions, again a civil power grant and nothing to do with unalienable right to refusal outright. The suggestion here is that Federal Power has the power supreme over that National Guard, not the state.
I think he and our TX governor Abbott are cut from the same cloth, establishment RINOS. They’ve toed the line to a degree, because they knew they were elected by conservatives, but their liberal underbelly shows up every now and then.

This was an emotional read for me today. There is a high school junior in our community who has developed an "exceedingly rare" neurological disorder and she has become basically vegetative. The family is trying to raise money for wheelchair ramps and such for her house. I live in a highly vaccinated community, so we can pretty much guess why she developed this disease.
Yeah. The hardest part is seeing the young people suffer from this totally unnecessary shot. I go from sorrow to anger over it. My children have prepared themselves for what might come. They are not vaxxed. Most of their friends are vaxxed. 😔

Yes thank you AJ! I will double check but I believe we contacted them and received recommendations. Also contacted Former Feds. The real challenge is FL Statute 768 which provides a massive shield for all types of negligence and misconduct carried out by hospitals in treating Covid patients. A Covid patient could be dropped on their head and the hospital would still be protected. Also the standards of evidence are made more demanding for plaintiffs. The statute has significant anti-patient implications.
Regarding the celebrity mystery illnesses, I follow Jason Aldean and his wife on social media. I'm going to say the chances of him being vaxed is pretty much zero. He and his wife are very vocal on Instagram about their feelings on that front.

The more that comes out, the more irate I become. I’ve been questioning my daughters developmental delay/intellectual disabilities. Attributed to a traumatic birth and emergency c-section (which still could be the reason)…. But, there was no need for resuscitation, APGAR scores were great…. after her vaxxes and at the time she should have been doing normal baby development things…she wasn’t. NOT ONE PERSON (DOCTOR) EVER SUGGESTED VAX INJURY! Blamed it on the birth or in utero. Never-mind in utero was fine too, except she was measuring small and the same the last month. In fact they were worried she wasn't growing so they induced labor on her due date. I was a first time mom and had no idea what to think. We didn't question any of it. Just went along with the doctors. She was just over 7lbs. Ugh 😞 It could've even been that they induced with pitocin that caused the whole trauma.
It doesn’t change the lifelong anguish and challenges for her and us, and I know we will never know for sure what happened…I've already resolved we'll never know, but it makes me so mad I have tears in my eyes just typing this. I had always just believed what we were told and never questioned any of it until the last couple years. NOWWWW I'm thinking critically. Sigh.
I am so sorry, Sunnydaze. I can relate somewhat. My daughter changed after her first vaccines and I didn't even realize why until years later. We were on an alternate schedule-- I was skeptical of vaccine safety even then, but not strongly enough to refuse completely. So she got her first-ever vaccines at 4 months and we staggered them.
Anyway, we went on a trip shortly after she turned 4 months old, and I remember noticing that after that trip she went from being an unusually easygoing, very happy, laid-back baby who slept really well (this was my second baby so I knew it was a marvel) to suddenly having a ton of trouble sleeping and being very fussy and just very "different" in general. It was a stark difference that remained that way... forever. To this day as a tween we have a lot of problems with her behavior and her health.
For years I wondered what may have happened on that trip that changed things because it was that trip that marked such a difference in her. I thought it was something about the trip itself, though I wasn't sure what (I had completely forgotten that we had even gotten the shots right before). It never clicked for me until a "Facebook Memory" popped up years later in which I saw that I had written, "My daughter gets her first-ever vaccines today, and then we leave for our trip to Boston!"
My heart sank. I did this to her-- and I *kind of* knew better (at least enough to delay and stagger), and she has never been the same since. I would give anything to go back and never vaccinate either of my children. (We have a lot of issues with my son as well that make me wonder, too. His birth was similar to what you describe, too, but he was fine right afterwards.) I wonder all the time how different my kids' lives and health may have been if I had never done what I knew deep in my heart to be the wrong thing with those shots. I share your tears and I grieve with you and with everyone whose lives have been harmed by vaccine injury.
I also have a friend whose 4-month-old died after her shots. I had no idea at the time-- this was years ago-- we were all told "SIDS," and that was horrific enough. It was an agonizing time. Now I know what SIDS really is, and it feels even worse. There's got to be a special place in hell for all the monsters who have orchestrated these crimes against humanity.

It sickens me too. I’ve played the “what if” game with my daughter for years and years. Questioned everything I did while pregnant, blamed myself, thought it was Gods punishment for something I didn’t even know I did, but SOME thing happened.

I'm sure there are others, thank God for physicians and clinicians that are working on reversing this delayed genocide. Critically Thinking with Dr. T and Dr. P ( I use Rumble) is a great source of information, and once a month they have a "5 Doc's" segment. All very informative.
In the meantime I will say a blanket prayer for all the kids and parents suffering through vax side effects. And don't beat yourselves up, you did what we have been told to do for years, you vaccinated because you love your children. Only now do we know better.
Sunnydaze and Jen- I just want to say- my oldest two are fully v'd through age 4. Lots of issues (anxiety, adhd, outbursts, sleep, etc) a third only v'd through age 2 and the last two nothing at all- as you can se I figured out the truth as I went along. My 4th is a mini me of my first in so many ways and still has many issues (some too young to tell- she's only 2) despite no v's. So it may have played a role but it was likely other factors involved as well. Have you tried anything to detox your kids yet?
I agree that it's rarely one thing that causes a child's issues (but vaccines are a huge one), and yes, we are constantly detoxing. Unfortunately a few years ago I got very, very sick, and we discovered that we had hidden toxic mold in our house (a different house than the one we lived in than when the kids were babies and were probably vaccine injured), so we've spent the last few years detoxing from that (in addition to moving, etc). I now know way too much about toxins of all kinds, from mold to heavy metals to hidden infections, etc, etc. We are all a constant detox work in progress since our world is constantly poisoning us from every direction, from our water to our air to our food to everything in between.
I don't know what you children's symptoms are, but another disease kids have is PANS/PANDAS. It can cause sudden changes in a kids behavior. Like autism, it's a spectrum disorder, and like autism, the incidence is growing. One of my kids has PANS/PANDAS. Ours had a rash that broke out ten days after shots. Lasted six weeks. Usually attributed to a virus, as are most things pediatricians can’t explain.
I never ever connected it w shots until sometime in the last couple of years. Then, guess what? Looking back at the first year baby calendar recently, saw the entry re the shots. And also that same day a note that they had “stomach flu” that night.
It wasn’t stomach flu. It was an adverse reaction. It was their body trying to rid itself of something toxic. As was the rash that came a few days later.
I never knew because I had never been told what to look for. I bet the pediatrician didn’t know either - would’ve just called the timing “coincidence.”
Our kiddo has some issues, not as your daughter, but definitely impair life. Including food sensitivities/allergies, which really impact social activities, especially as they get older. Everything involves food, and it is so hard to say “no,” and to have to take own food to everything.

SHANE MEKELAND: Thank you everyone. So this has been an interesting journey for me for the last two years [now speaking extremely rapidly] I have no medical background, I give no medical advice nor legal advice, I have no legal background.

I have to tell it to every constituent I talk to so nobody can ever say I gave medical advice.
I have personally had well over 500 constituents who have reached out to me, deathly ill, terrified, and they could not get any help at a hospital. I have contacts in other states with other doctors
that will do a tele-help and prescribe therapeutics. Not a single one has gone to a hospital yet. Not one.
On the other side of this equation I have talked to well over 500 nurses and respiratory therapists. I have three of those that I've talked to, one literally fell apart emotionally on the phone screaming and crying, swearing, this guy never swears, of how bad it is and what's going on in these hospitals. That many of these supposed covid patients are actually covid vaccine-injured patients. The stories that Mark told about the ventilators, very true. I have gotten to know a couple of these doctors— 17,000 doctors are screaming from the rooftops, this thing, this program has got to stop. And yet we press on.
If the media would just do some digging. If I can find 500 nurses, RNs, LPNs, whatever they all are, that will tell me personal stories of all that what they're seeing I don't know why somebody else can't.
Now many of them came to me, but I'm sure they're reaching out to others. There was a nurse of 20 years for the Mayo Clinic, husband is self-employed, she has a choice, she was denied an exemption, so she got a choice, either take this damn jab or lose your job. Two kids in college. What do you do? She suddenly began to just completely fell apart crying, I couldn't understand anything for 10 minutes. She took it and she is now paralyzed. Her daughters had to come from school to take care of her, to get her back and forth to the bathroom, to feed her, clean her, all of it. Bad choice.
These are not rare stories. These are not the few. There are so many of them.
My father had mild melanoma for the last ten years. He takes the stupid shot and now his body is fully blown full of cancer in one month. His sister got the booster shot. The following day she was hemorrhaging internally, they couldn't figure out where, they just kept pumping her full of blood til they could get inside her and figure it out. I actually looked at my dad and said, When do your red flags go up? Because mine went up many, many months ago.
I strongly suggest for those who that want to have some research look into what Dr. Robert Malone, Peter McCullough, Pierre Kory, and particularly Ryan Cole who is a wonderful, decent man, if you have not met this guy he's an amazing man. And then ask yourself a question, when these people are dying because why will nobody do an autopsy in Minnesota? Why did I have to contact Ryan Cole to come here and do one for a family?
There's something that's not right.

Your Ohio situation parallels that of we Georgians. Our Senators are "The Reverend" Raphael Warnock (Warlock) and Jon Ossoff (Assoff). I've sent them a couple such letters; Warnock responds with Democrat Party talking points, and Ossoff does not respond at all.

I am SO thankful for SV40 getting inserted into the vaccination conversation. The best book on this is "The Virus & the Vaccine" by Debbie Bookchin. A tough slog because of so much "medicalese"... but eye popping at the same time. The contaminated batches of polio vaccines were still hanging around as late as 1999. Worse, it's believed they are the reason brain cancer is now the number one killer of kids, whereas it used to be leukemia. Researchers sat up and started paying more attention when they started seeing women who had never been around asbestos or even smoked get mesothelioma. It's believed 40% of meso cases are due to the contaminated polio vaccines.
The government knows it screwed up and acknowledges it... but buries it on websites that no one would typically bother digging into. Certainly not our national media :)

That 1999 should read 1955, I went and looked at the original article. This SV40 thing was a disaster, and being born in 1961 I almost certainly got one. But I'm reasonably certain they weren't administered past the 1960's.
Bron in Pittsburgh in 1947, I was in one of the first groups to get the original Salk polio vaccine, on a suger cube, at the (then) Children's Hospital in town. Probably about 1955. FWIW, the only cancers I've had to date include one squamous cell growth and one basal cell growth, that one being from sun exposure.

We got the sugar cubes in elementary school sometime in the fifties in Palo Alto California. My athletic sister got Hodgkins at 25, which they had just learned to cure. I've wondered if it was the monkey virus contamination, maybe plus my mother being pregnant in Texas near a lot of fossil fuel plants, so lots of pollution in utero.
I, too, recall getting a sugar cube vaccine as a kid. But would eating SV40 (as opposed to injecting it) be as dangerous?

Massachusetts is facing numerous troubling vaccine bills that have comment/testimony cut-offs on Monday.
The biggest concern is S.1391. It does away with the religious exemption for school kids.
S.1458 and H.2151 are very problematic (same bill, one in House and one in Senate). They allow vaccination without parental consent, no age restriction, constrain medical exemptions, allow private schools/entities to refuse religious exemptions, and allow private schools to require more vaccines than the MA schedule.

JULIE BOORAS: So I'd like to welcome you all today to The Faces of Vaccine Injury Massachusetts event. You've all been through a lot, we've all honestly been through a lot, and I'm sure the path that brought you here today was not easy. But we're all coming together here today in our beautiful state capitol, the people's house, to share our stories, stories of lives lost and shattered because of three little words. Public health emergency.
Health is hugely important to our daily lives. There is a well-known saying, when you don't have your health, nothing else matters. And public health departments can and do play an important role in protecting public health with laws that protect us. You know, I'm happy that there are, there are laws for restaurants so you don't get poisoned when you go out to eat, you know? Or, you know, disasters. But when lockdowns happened in the spring of 2020, the first question a great many people had was, can they do this? How, how can they do this?
Well, over the last many years, many, many years, state legislatures across the country expanded the governors' powers formerly reserved for things like natural disasters and armed conflict and gave them, I'm going to say this word a couple times today, broad powers to their governors during a public health emergency. No limitations, no restrictions, no expiration dates. So what we saw was two weeks to flatten the curve has now turned into three years.
I'm fairly certain that the lawmakers that passed those laws expanding powers to broadly include public health didn't realize the ramifications of how those powers, so broadly given, could be abused in the future. And they were abused badly. Lockdowns, stay home, stand six feet apart, masks over our breathing holes, can't go to the gym or church or school. You can't go to neighboring states. Small businesses were devastated while big businesses remained open.
And finally, to save us all, you must inject a liability-free experimental one-size-fits-all pharmaceutical product. And if you do, you will be rewarded with gift cards and free hamburgers and beer and access. And if you don't, you will lose your job, possibly your career, your pension, your access to an education. You will be shut out from attending sporting events or theater. No access to restaurants. You can't go to your cousin's wedding.
There is an ever-growing lack of trust in public health, starting at the top with the WHO and the CDC and the FDA, and working it's way down.
And just to give you one example, the FDA asked the courts to hide the Pfizer covid-19 clinical trial documents from the public for 75 years.* You got to kind of— what are they hiding? Why are they hiding information from us about these clinical trials? So we must ask ourselves why.
If you attended our legislative briefing in the House Members Lounge with Dr. Madhava Setty** on Tuesday, you would have learned that, according to Pfizer's own documents, for every one person possibly saved from ending up in the hospital with severe covid, 15 people had a severe adverse event, and those, that includes death.
I looked up the VAERS*** reports today. 1,556,000 reports in the world and 9,595, wait, 959,000
reports in the US of adverse events.
But there was one state, in the state of Minnesota, where health freedom advocates recognized the dangers of the broadness of this language. In Minnesota the governor's powers were amended to add, individuals have a fundamental right to refuse medical treatment, testing, physical or mental examination, vaccination, participation in experimental procedures, and protocols, collection of specimens and preventative treatment programs.
Since the lockdowns started started in 2020, you probably don't know this, you won't hear it on the news, 49 states have filed over 900 right to refuse bills aimed at protecting bodily autonomy and stopping both the covid shots and medical mandates. 79 of those bills have passed into law in 29 states across the nation. More than half of the states in this country have passed right to refuse bills in less than three years.
So I just want you to know, you're not alone. You might be alone in Massachusetts.
We must make sure it does not happen again. We must not continue down this road to medical authoritarianism where elected officials put laws in place that give them the right to tell us what we must do with our bodies or else we can't live, work or go to school in the state of Massachusetts. They don't. That is a basic, fundamental, God-given right protected by the Constitution.
The Nuremberg Code states, the voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. Have we learned nothing from our past mistakes?
In a few minutes you will hear the stories of those who have been injured or harmed by the covid 19 vaccine and its mandates. So many lives have been devastated. These stories are heavily censored. You won't hear them on mainstream media because, well, they get 75% of their ad revenue from pharmaceutical companies, and they're not allowed to talk about it.****
So we are here to give them a voice, and the first step is awareness and the next step is action. I know we can have good, strong public health policies without infringing on civil liberties and a person's right to choose their own healing path. We ask you to support legislation that protects the rights of the people of Massachusetts to make their own health decisions without coercion or discrimination.
I'm going to end with this quote from my own personal health freedom hero, attorney Diane Miller. She said, We are a nation of laws, and I believe that we have to be involved in the lawmaking process or we have to live with the laws that we pass. We have to be there when they're drafting laws because that's what's shaping our reality.
Looking back, we can see how very true those words are. If we the people don't help write the laws, someone else will do it for us. So the time is now to step up and use the legislative process to pass laws that protect health freedom rights.
So with that I want to just let everyone about the book that we published, and then I'm going to introduce the president of Health Rights Mass to say a few things and talk about the bill, and then we'll hear the stories from everyone came today.
We published this book, it's called The Faces of Vaccine Injury Massachussetts, we have one for every legislative office, and if you are in the book, we have a copy for you as well. Our goal is to deliver this to every single office so they can read these stories. We collected 180 stories, we published about 80 in this book, and this is just volume one, unfortunately.
So I'm going to introduce Hannah [King], speaking of the future of health freedom, Hannah is the youngest board member of Health Rights Mass, she's also the president. Home schooling looks better every day.
MA is actually a good state to homeschool in! Laws are better for it than in many other states.
Yes...and depends.
Technically, there are NO laws on the books for homeschooling in MA.
There are 3 court cases that all went for the homeschooler.
However, HOW it gets implemented/monitored is up to each CITY/TOWN. So from one town to another, you'll get a vast difference in the "ease" with which to homeschool. The court cases are on your side. But most of the school boards haven't bothered to read them to know what they can and cannot ask from you.
Each year my school district asked for more than they were allowed to ask for, I just sent them the 3 court case rulings and asked that their school board get a lawyer to understand what they can and cannot require from me. I kept getting the same form each year.
Thankfully, it's been very easy for us. We send a progress report each year and the request for approval to homeschool the next year and that's it. We are planning to move and have been dismayed to find that many red states still have more onerous homeschooling requirements than where we are now.
So in essence they are wiping out religion.
And parental rights. For your safety.

If worse comes to worse, move to a sane state. I don’t have little children anymore, but if I did, I would leave WA state in an Idaho minute! I know personally a few who have and many anecdotally and ALL say it was the best decision ever.
This is very concerning. I lived in Boston for many years but so glad I got out. I live in marginally better state now but it's never far from my mind that these kinds of bills are always on the agenda in any state with any significant Dem presence. And the more states that pass these kinds of bills, the more this movement will grow nationwide. It really scares me. I will pray for MA, and let us know if there are any action items to support the opposition.
