On COVID, he didn't. He tried, but succumbed. I also fault all leaders charged with great power for not doing their homework. Yes, as Dr. Zelenko recounted, Gov. Andrew Cuomo made it illegal for doctors to write HCQ prescriptions in the ENTIRE state of NY.
So, Big Pharma with that vermin Cuomo literally stopped people from getting an early, effective treatment.
Dr. Zelenko would go on to learn about and use Quercetin as a substitute which is natural and readily available.
