I saw the fraud as it was happening… We had a big C-Band dish at the time that could pick up so-called ‘wild feeds’ from satellites used by the networks to transmit raw footage to their newsrooms for massaging … I mean editing…. As I switched back and forth between those feeds and the network broadcasts i could see how the narrative was developing in the hours after the events. It was amazing.
