I’ve zero patience for Christians who wanna live with their head in the sand because “this is inevitable as part of the buildup to Jesus coming back.”
Because as much as it seems it really may be The Time this time, folks have been thinking this for the last 2000 years. We just don’t know.
We must be alert and watchful. And active.
God told the Jews in captivity to settle in, grow gardens and raise kids, and to seek the peace and prosperity of the cities where they found themselves. Even though they were to be there for only 70 years.
