My son is currently in the service; contract up for renewal next year. He requested a 1 year extension of the contract, which was just denied. With recruitment swirling the toilet, they’d rather lose an experienced service member rather than grant an additional year. He will not be renewing his contract. Thank God

I know a Naval Pilot who served for 20+ years and he was chased out of service in 2021.

Why the denial? That doesn’t make sense.

Debbie, No explanation given. This is the same military that would not allow us on base for an outdoor boot camp graduation because my husband & I were unvax’d. But afterwards, he was allowed to spend 5 hours w/ us off base.

We were not allowed to attend our sons promotion ceremony for the same reason. We have a huge problem with the Military, we had better figure out ASAP Thanks to your son for serving and congratulations on his escape!

The insanity of it all is unsettling to say the least. I've heard this story over and over again. I do believe the government is trying to get rid of all Christians as Christians have a conscience and there is a limit to what they will do when commanded to do so. Christians obey God first and that will not do when given unlawful commands. The same goes for all federal offices not just the military.

Bret Weinstein says that everyone he met, who stood up valiantly, often at a great cost, was religious. The churches are being schismed on purpose, or their leadership subverted, like that disgusting reptilian Welby in the Anglican church in the UK. My principle is to support whatever they are trying to destroy.

The church is always under attack. Truth is always under attack. But we should be ready to give a defense for the hope that we have in Christ.

I Peter 3:13-18 Who is there to harm you if you prove zealous for what is good? But even if you should suffer for the sake of righteousness, you are blessed. And do not fear their intimidation, and do not be troubled, but sanctify Christ as Lord in your hearts, always being ready to make a defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you, yet with gentleness and reverence; and keep a good conscience so that in the thing in which you are slandered, those who revile your good behavior in Christ will be put to shame. For it is better, if God should will it so, that you suffer for doing what is right rather than for doing what is wrong. For Christ also died for sins once for all, the just for the unjust, so that He might bring us to God, having been put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit

"...The churches are being schismed on purpose, or their leadership subverted..."

Most Christians have no understand just how correct your statement is. The seminaries, the councils and the leadership right down to your local, "conservative Baptist" church. Substitute any denominational name and it is the same.

Unfortunately since the church is a group of sinners (a portion of whom are saved), there will always be division. Some division on a local level will be over ridiculous things like the color of carpet. Most division is due to people in the church who are determined to maintain control rather than looking prayerfully and humbly to Christ for direction. Rarely, are splits over doctrinal truths. We are warned “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves" Matthew 7:15 Satan will always attack the church since the world already belongs to him.

It was very heartbreaking at the time. I felt guilt that we could not do this thing (take the vax), even for him. He did not hold it against us but I still could not believe we were denied the pride, joy & honor of being there. We watched the ceremony from our hotel room & then had a wonderful time w/ him after. But the brain disconnect that we weren’t allowed on base but then could possibly “infect” him afterwards was laughable. And we were allowed on base at the end of our time together to take him back to his barrack. Go f’ing figure.

Thanks to your sons as well!

You are assuming they want a strong American military. The ACTUAL objective is to gut the military of Americans so they cannot be opposed. They will substitute a mercenary army. Now it should make perfect sense. And this is exactly what they are systematically doing.

Debbie Wagner's avatar

Yes, unfortunately I agree. And, the other advantage to having a mercenary military with its allegiance to the government instead of the citizens is that they would not hesitate to fire on innocent citizens if ordered to do so.

An army comprised of the sons and daughters of U.S. citizens would refuse such orders.

Exactly. But there are a lot of vets with lots of guns.

Debbie Wagner's avatar

Exactly the reason why they want to take our guns!

Imagine a government loyalist army that had all the guns!

We would be prisoners, not citizens.
