How much do you take, mixed with water (?) and what time of day. Thank you.

I started with 2 Tbsp mixed with a small cup of water. I almost threw up. I was so nauseated. I did it once in the morning for a couple mornings. I rinsed my mouth out really good after so the acid didn’t stay on my teeth. I only did it once a day but others have to do it 2-3x a day for a bit. I tried mixing lemon with it, lemonade and some other drinks but none of it helped 😂. I resorted to 1Tbsp in a shot glass and just went for it over the sink in case I threw up. My special needs daughter was pretty grossed out that I might throw up 😂.

After the 3rd morning I skipped a morning. Flare up! So I did it again for a few days then skipped a day. Flare up! Repeated this for a couple weeks and then suddenly no flare up! Then once a week for good measure for a few weeks. No flare up. Then a month went by. And another. Now, if I have a flare up I do an ACV shooter and it settles down. One time it didn’t settle down so I used baking soda and water. Drank a little, maybe a tsp in a small glass and voila! But I have heard not to use baking soda regularly as that has its own issues. But for an emergency it worked!

I didn’t change anything I was eating. Still eat spicy foods! 😋. (I have since changed the way I eat now anyway and cut out lots of sugars and junk and eat lots of organic and veggies I’m growing. But it wasn’t because I was having acid reflux. It was my choice).

However, I did find a certain food over the past year definitely caused the flare ups so I did stop eating a specific food that was the guilty culprit. Needed to stop eating it anyway as it was crap junk food. It was my once in a while guilty pleasure - pop tarts! 😂 I stopped immediately when I realized it was causing a flare up. Don’t miss them one bit! 😉

Just remember it will not be fun for a while until you figure it out. Make sure the ACV has the mother in it like Braggs.

Lots of research shows that acid reflux can be caused from not enough acid. But the PPI’s reduce acid levels which puts a bandaid on the problem. When in reality the acid reflux is from not enough acid. Which is why ACV can help. If you haven’t researched acid reflux do so. You will be armed with lots of knowledge and know how to proceed for your body. 💪🏻

Three non-pharma approaches to reducing reflux, especially night-time bouts:

1) No acidic / fatty / sugary foods in the evening. That means bye-bye red sauces on pasta (use seasoned olive oils), no chocolate sundaes, no big ol' fried burgers.

These are readily available on eBay and Amazon; they're made in the UK (and if I understand correctly, our ever-brilliant FDA will not approve them for US sale).

My husband suffers from reflux and we've raised the top end of our bed with 6 inch platforms which seems to help a lot and keeps him off the pharmaceuticals. This keeps the reflux from going up the esophagus as that process is known to lead to esophageal cancer overtime.

You know, oddly enough, when I started intermittent fasting a few months back, I was having wicked indigestion all the time. The only time it wasn't bad was when I ate berries and salad at dinner. I had thought it might be just somaticized stress, but now I never have it at all. All I'm doing is limiting eating to a 6 hour window, but Dr. Paul Marik says even that is enough to stimulate autophagy. They have fasting videos from Dr. Been and Dr. Marik at FLCCC. I'm thinking of doing a series of longer fasts just to clear whatever spike I may have been exposed to. It makes evolutionary sense to me since the hominins were always starving, so we would've evolved in that environment. Most religions besides Pharmaism and Wokeism have fasting traditions. My friend's sister was hooked on antacids, got MS, and ended up on 68 different meds daily before she died. No knowing if the antacids were causal, but why take the chance, even if the MSM is just throwing something under the bus to make it appear that they give a #$%! about our health. Like sure, try and sell me that bridge lol.

Oh hahahahahahhaa!!! That is so funny! I hesitated to out myself on here for liking pop tarts so much!! Who would’ve ever guessed I wasn’t alone! 😂 😂

I was shocked too when the acid reflux was gone and then happened after eating a pop tart 😳. I thought it must be a fluke. So I tried it again at another time. And then again! 😂 I so wanted my experiment to fail 😂. Nope. Haven’t had one since my third clinical trial. 😂

I dont care for myself but my husband who doesnt get heartburn all the time, but sometimes, and would take a tums or a real ginger candy (great for the stomach btw) and was fine. However he just had an upper endoscopy. He has a hiatal hernia (which is most likely the contributor)and first stage Barretts. Ofcourse the doctor immediately called in pantoprazole. We are looking for alternatives because pantoprazole can also be cancer causing. (as can the Barrets esophagus).

I was on Pantoprazole! First RX was Omeprazole. They changed manufacturing and it started giving me severe GI issues. So switched me to Pantoprazole the last 5 years. Best of luck as you go on this health journey! Research a lot and I am confident you will find a non-pHarma solution. The time it takes to research is well worth it. I am amazed at how much alternative medical information is out there but it’s all been kept away via MD’s and the medical establishment. Ask God for help too! I was praying a lot because I didn’t even know how to start attempting this. Then the C&C discussion about it came out of nowhere and 💡 BOOM! It equipped me with enough info to start researching my issues.

Homeopathic nat phos 6x can treat the acute symptoms of reflux. Nux vomica 30C mayuproot it, used twice a day until very much better. However, homeopathy is rather individualized, so best to read some before starting a chronic remedy.
