I was on omeprazole for acid reflux. Had side effects. Switched to flamitodine. Saw a surgeon who wanted to fix it with surgery. Hard no for me. Then I asked myself what do I do that is contributing? Realized drinking coffee (acidic) on an empty stomach every morning could be the culprit. Now I eat a piece of bread every morning before my coffee and I’m 99% cured! Doctors all prescribed medicines. Surgeon wanted to schedule surgery. Not one doctor asked about my eating habits. I took charge, diagnosed the problem myself and am cured.
