I took Prozac for a year back in 1996. It helped me tremendously as I was seriously depressed, as in wanting to slit my wrists depressed. I stopped taking it after a year because I wanted to try a weight loss drug that interfered with the Prozac. That didn’t work...lol. But, I felt so much better I didn’t start taking it again. About 4-6 years later I started feeling the depression creeping back up. At the same time I started seeing a Chiropractor. After a few months I noticed that the day after my adjustment I wouldn’t feel depressed. I asked my Chiropractor about it and she said “Depression is in your neck on the Axis bone, getting adjusted resets your computer.”

Right? And it helps so much. I tell people all the time if I hadn’t started going 16 years ago, I’d need a hip replacement by now.
