Some employees are “remote workers” some are Tele workers which was temporary. That has ended, those people need to go back to work.

I feel like the implication is that just because someone works from home, they are not working or productive. Those two are not necessarily equivalent. Some people do require more supervision than others and should not be working from home. Maybe others who are very hard working should be allowed to work from home as a reward for being a good, trustworthy employees. The people I know who work from home literally put in a minimum of 10 extra work hours each week for which they were not compensated just to get their work done sometimes as much as 20 uncompensated work hours.

I use to think that but now I prefer my civil servants to get their ass in to work. Let's put the workplaces where people can show up and work together in person.
