All not of God are lost sheep of one strip or another. The all too clever with awareness are not be trusted because they are prone to the cutting if a brother's throat for gain. The True Believer is a blind man who sees nothing more than moving shadows. His opinions are not his own but rather of someone else. Caprice and waywardness marks such a one in his travel. Both of these figures with the compounding of time tend towards being pathetic wretches ... at least by my rather humble experience with the world.
I remember J. Peter Grace (CEO W. R. Grace, Grace Commission Report, American Catholic aristocracy) being asked a question of the 'if you had it do all over variety'. Grace said he would just want to be a good regular Joe. This response came from a man who went to elite schools preparatory and university and saw these rather trashy people first hand living their rather tawdry trashy lives, spawn of this fallen world of privilege. This reply, so atypical, always stuck in my mind. I also once upon a time long ago had a Jewish landlord in Manhattan on the West Side 70s who called these same people 'God's garbage'. That also stuck in my mind ... and I to this day could not say it better. And guess what? You don't have to necessarily be the elite of the elite to be God's garbage. Such from all walks of life now litter the highways and byways of America from sea to shining sea. The ruin in consequence is a marvel to behold, and is also a great cause for the gnashing of teeth and the rendering of garments.
The best Man can do is to live by glorifying God just as the Reformers pointed out. Even so, we shall always be somewhat fragment beings, but the vision in travel along the Road of Life is ever so much clearer. Aside from the Bible my next favorite book is Pilgrim's Progress. If possible avoid the City of Destruction. The above is near summing of my life of understanding.
As to the troll and or trolls in question. They are wretches, both manipulating as well as manipulated by their overlords. They in their pathetic condition are wretched. Their chief product is tragicomedy. Indeed, they are The Destroyers of Worlds.
You remind me of Saul's conversion on the road to Damascus who was determined to arrest all for their thought crimes who followed the Way. He was of such as mind-set as you describe that it took direct intervention by the Lord to free him of his blindness to the truth.
Hannah Arendt somewhere in Eichmann in Jerusalem famously said that she realized that deep down, "We are all Eichmann." She said it came as a kind of shock.Even more so I say that deep down we are all as Saul before his conversion on the road to Damascus. And yet, the fact of this is reason for salvation and for a continual begging of the slave for forgiveness by the Master. It would appear that the River of Humility as pertains to Man courses on endlessly, forever.

That's why Putin is in Kyiv, right? I mean, they're losing around 1000 men a day. So far the Avdiivka offensive has 334 lost Russian tanks, trucks, AFVs, APCs, and other vehicles to 54 Ukrainian ones.
