Holy smokes. Thanks for this link. Was never sure gluten was the real issue here (not a celiac sprue) but instead the grain THEY tinkered with genetically starting after the war. Only took 40some years to figure out the culprit for what ailed me. 🙄Thought I would have to travel to that Greek island (forget the name right now) that has produced the same grain since antiquity to sample bread again. Think mebbee I'll give these products a shot. Fingers crossed🤞

I don't get it. My like button has not worked on my laptop for weeks but works fine on my phone. BUT all the other buttons work.

I haven’t ordered yet. Going in with a friend because of the shipping charges. I’m going to order mostly gluten free( oats , corn ) definitely going to try some of the wheat grain too

Haven't even looked at shipping. Hm. Thanks for the note.

Best wishes. For both of us. If I end up in the clear I'll be sharing the resource in the future. We'll see.

This is another good source I use: https://jovialfoods.com/. Their Einkorn flour is organic and an ancient grain. I’ve used it for years with no problems: https://jovialfoods.com/what-is-einkorn/.
