I did - thankfully mine show almost nothing. No deaths, and very minor reactions in any way. My husband's were a bit more troubling...a few serious hospital trips, etc. This could all be in my head, it's just so weird that the pain started very soon after and I had never had pain when running. I've been running for over 25 years now.

Jen, lifetime athlete/coach as well here. All of us are walking in a mine field now. I work with distance athletes in sand. Most don't have access to a decent amount. If you do, consider switching over at least until you can possibly workout what the hip issue might be. The lack of impact would assist with inflammation possibly. The high energy cost of sand training would mean less is more in distance and intensity. I coach lots of athletes live and via digital in this realm. Do consider flcc protocols. If interested, feel free to reach out. More than willing to share data and technique info. Best to you and your team.
Wow. Thats rare and fantastic. I won't go into the whole story here but I built a system for sand training in 2018 because I had lots of overuse damage from decades of running / training. My ankles were shot. (Chronic Ankle Instability) Transitioning to sand, even walking will keep you from losing the metabolic state you've earned. Can you share the type sand? Different areas of Florida has a dense very white sand that squeaks when you walk on it. Ocean City MD and Jersey has a darker round mixed grain that is perfect fro pro beach V-ball and best for the type training that may work for you. (As well places like ManhattanBeach Ca)
If you are open to email, I can put something together for you and get it out to you. If you are a study person and open to what the science says, There are lots of great work out of Australia, as they have so much coastal beaches in use.
It’s not in your head. My husband had the Moderna jab. The day of his 2nd jab he could not walk up the stairs. Then the extreme nerve pain in both thighs. Diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis. He had never had back pain prior to the jabs. That was in March of 2021. In totality he’s had 4 level 4 spine surgery’s and a dead gallbladder removal which btw, he never had Gallbladder problems either prior to the jabs, sepsis, a blood clot, lost 100lbs for no apparent reason, 65 of those pounds were lost in 6 weeks. He basically lost all his muscle mass. Went from 314 to under 230 lbs. he’s still walking with a cane because his balance is not good. I saw 1st hand how the hospital tried to brush me aside when I wanted them to note in his chart that this was most definitely a vaccine injury. The Dots don’t get any closer than this. Unable to walk the day of getting the jab and downhill from there.
oh wow, I'm so sorry! yeah, I am with you. The cause there could only be one thing. It infuriates me so much when doctors try to brush it off. It happened the same day, there is absolutely no other possible reason.
I know right? All this doesn’t even count how I was thrown into RN mode either because of the scary Covid!! I had to give injections, push antibiotics through ports, keep track of the 40 or so meds he was taking on top of helping a large man get around. I’m basically a micro lady as my friend calls me lol the whole damn scene was pathetic!! All the Doctors were pathetic as well. I challenged every single one that walked into his room. They were actually afraid of me because I wasn’t backing down!
Don't second guess yourself like that. It is not all in your head - it is in your hip. You are experiencing a side effect that many other have - new inflammatory problems.

Thank you! Very helpful. I do live close enough to a beach to do this.

Thank you! That sounds great. I am in the Charleston area if that helps

My heart-felt all to you. And macro or micro, you are a splendid lady. God bless you.
This is horrifying. 😢

They amped up 5g at the same time as well, could be another factor 🤔
