Vitamin A is the master of our hormones, and begins its absorption in our eye. Taking natto is great (vitamin A) but make sure you pair it with morning sun exposure (look at the sun 15 degrees off center)

How about red light therapy? My wife started a month ago and claims it's really helping her.

Thanks for asking Don. You just have to be careful with any kind of light therapy, as it can bring us out of natural balance. Sunlight has all the parts of the spectrum, and infrared is always present (42% of the total spectrum). Does she go to a clinic, or bought her own device? Just make sure to get AM sun as those frequencies can help balance everything else out. Sunrise has the most blue light, and I make sure to see it everyday. Blue light from our devices is a bit different, as it can become toxic. if we use it too much. I hope that helps answer your question?

Blue light from LED lights is toxic but no one is talking about that. Bring back incandescent lights.

Sharon Reeve - exactly! Every time I tell people this, I always get the same response: “but they’re cheaper to use!”. 🙄 No LED lights in my house. I don’t care if the incandescents cost more to use.

I heard they are going to stop selling/making them.

Thank you. I appreciate your point that health is a balancing act. Your blood needs to clot, but it also needs to flow freely. You need to get excited sometimes and you need to be relaxed sometimes. You need physical activity and you also need rest. So maybe red light is helping to balance something from not getting a balanced spectrum? She is fair skinned and burns easily and doesn't get a ton of sun. So you wouldn't want to focus on red light exclusively once you're in balance. She bought her own device. We also recently discovered grounding. My sleep and pain from a torn hip labrum have improved dramatically since I started sleeping with a grounding sheet.

Since I cut all seed oils out of my diet I no longer get sunburned. They are very inflammatory.

What oils or fats do you consume since cutting seed oils?

Extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil?

Be careful, I’ve read that most Olive oil is adulterated with cheap veg oil.

Your best bet for cooking is to use good old fashioned BUTTER , maybe bacon grease or tallow. These are stable fats that are solid at room temp

I used regular butter but also clarified butter (called Ghee which doesn’t burn at high temperatures.

Where did you get the grounding sheet if I may ask?

Just ordered it from Amazon. I saw the grounding movie and thought hocus pocus but I looked into it some more and said what the heck. It was around $60, but they have both cheaper and more expensive kinds. Super simple to use and I bet you notice a difference right away.

Interesting. The sheets with the silver in them? I saw a very expensive mat from earthing as well but it’s made out of plastic. Would love to find something made in the US. But that seems to be impossible

Yes, it's just a cotton sheet with silver embedded. You just plug it into the grounding hole on an electrical outlet. I knew it was working because I got a huge static shock the first time I touched it.

Oh no! That doesn’t seem like a good idea then? I thought you were not supposed to get shocked with it.

Haha, you know when you rub your feet on the carpet and touch a door knob and get shocked? It was like that. I had built up a static charge. Nothing to be scared of.

Thanks! No covid issues involved, more from back pain, but I'll read the info just the same.

I’m confused. Yes Natto and Vit A are great for different reasons. But Natto is not Vit A like your post implies? Nattokinase is made from fermented soybeans and possibly gobbles up the spike protein. Vit A is a good antioxidant that increases the immune system.

Hi Cheeky, sorry about that - I not only confused you, but myself. That what happens when you type too fast. Natto is K2 -which we need in order pair and absorb vitamin A efficiently. I remember reading about it on Weston A Price.
