In my moment of awakening to the fact that I was being propagandized relentlessly on Facebook a couple years ago, I “unliked” absolutely everything I had ever liked. I was a blank slate FB user that the algorithm didn’t know what to do with. You know what you are left with when you do that? Nothing but pharma commercials. FB became one big pharma forum for me at that point.

I unliked many pages when I got back on there, and don’t post much at all on my personal page except for shares from my public pages. I am seeing sooo many ads, especially when I am posting as my public page.
