Non-orthodox Jews are actually quite socially liberal (including opening supporting the Alphabet Mafia and abortion industries). They more closely identify with Democrat policies.
Blacks are highly motivated towards solidarity with their minority brethren. Historically, that has meant severe pressure within that community to conform to what their leaders tell them to do. They are also encouraged NOT to be educated or to think critically about their leadership. They are waking up, however. (See Dom Lucre on Twitter... his posts are an excellent example and very encouraging.)
