I also recommend "The Screwtape Letters". Highly entertaining, and very enlightening.

Also consider Lewis’ Space Trilogy, especially the first two books: Out of the Silent Planet and Perelandra (aka Voyage to Venus). Like the Narnia chronicles these books are Christian parables and retell the same issues in different ways.

Screwtape is VERY pertinent to our day. Great book.

His books are so rich, often I need to stop reading after each sentence just to ruminate. Makes for slow going, but oh so rich!
