it's crazy how ppl are having to wake up on their own. God does not force us, he helps us wake up and see 'for ourselves' what fools we've been and the alternative that feels GOOD and right and true. As the saying goes, if it's all handed to you, you would never appreciate it. That is the problem with the democrats/satanists/atheists...they have ZERO gratitude or thankfulness and will never experience joy b/c of it. They dance to satans self destructive song.

Politico Phil--this was in my Century Link feed. https://centurylink.net/news/read/article/straight_arrow_news-trump_supporters_walk_out_on_maga_rally_before_it-sanews

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump took the stage in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, and was greeted by a roaring crowd. Then something unusual happened, Trump didn’t retain the crowd he started with.

As is typical with his rallies, it began with a packed house of supporters holding signs and wearing Trump gear. By the end of his one hour and 45-minute speech, many had already left. Photos appeared to show entire sections of the 8,000 seat arena nearly empty, something unheard of for a MAGA event in 2020 and 2016.

Reporting from The Guardian explains why some attendees moved for the exits.

“He reminded me why I’m not going to vote for him this time,” Jenny, a local business owner, told the outlet. “I voted for him in 2016 and had a Trump flag in the front yard. I voted for him again in 2020 but didn’t put the flag out that time."

“But after listening to that, I’m actually afraid of Trump being president again. I don’t know what he was talking about half the time. Perhaps he was always like that but he seems worse, more unstable,” she added.

MAGA rallies are quintessential Trump. His ability to work a crowd helped him turn Luzerne County red in 2016 and 2020 after voting for Obama twice.

“Trump’s got to focus on the message and not get distracted by personal attacks,” said Frank Scavo, a supporter who attended the rally. “These rallies fire up the base to go out there and knock on doors. But if we don’t get people out there knocking on doors, Trump’s not going to win Luzerne county.”

It appears Trump doesn’t want to listen. At a rally in North Carolina on Aug. 21, Trump conducted a poll of his supporters in the crowd. He asked two questions: Should I get personal? Should I not get personal?

The crowd cheered the former and booed the latter.

“My advisers are fired,” Trump joked.

Who here would be able to withstand as much as he has--the trials, the unrelenting and constant accusations. Sure he has attorneys , yet.... Then being shot. Obvious lack of SS professionalism., probable cover up. Trauma and tome out for a lesser person. Great stress from so many angles. Who here could stand up to many attacks while flying repeatedly., constant speeches. This man has not had time for decent rest. I have been worried about him for months now, he looks worn out. Prayers people, give him some Grace, practice Grace yourselves. To say will not vote for him suggests you believe communism a better choice. As someone said this is not choosing a valentine, it is choosing above all else who is best for our Country. Remember he is doing this for us. Show support. Pray more

Char, I agree with the first 75% you wrote. He has endured much more than most people could take and still retain a smile. Nothing I posted in my comment is from me, but the write-up in the Guardian.

I was pointing out that Trump is loosing votes which he cannot afford to do and it his antics and lack of seriousness that puts his election and our country in peril.

Which "God" are you referring to?

'Christians" are only around a third of world pop.

So... did you mean "allah"? Buddha?

The problem with pompous "christians" is that they are so craven, judgemental, insecure and loud-mouthed. Strange, but their brothers in Abraham (muzzies) are just s bad. Jews despise them both, yet the ancient jew mythology is the basis for both! Odd... no?
