Can you tell me what you mean by understanding how maritime law really works? I’ve seen it mentioned in ways that suggest that I’m missing the greater context, but I have no idea what to read to understand it better.

Maritime Law is tricky words with double speak meanings.

Yep. Your mother gives berth through the berth canal... Language is tricky.

Maritime. The justice system is captured. You can get out of it but you better know your stuff.

If we all actually learned their system we could overthrow them because they play by rules, but use them deceptively. Even the Bible warns us this is how they roll.
