The general concensus--through a deteriorating Biden, an assassination attempt, is that Trump is the winner.
Unless they end up trotting Michelle Obama out. If polling isn’t FOS (and I grant that that is a great big ol’ fat IF), then he has competition. Sure, she’s digging in her Manolo Blahnik heels now, but I wonder if it isn’t a ruse and she doesn’t end up accepting the nomination with feigned reluctance. But more to your point, he’s certainly big enough to run in those circles. However, he also knows what it’s like to sign paychecks and he knows he needs the middle class to help him run his operations. He’s got some skin in our game, I think.
I'm sure they have a plan in place. All of this bluster of Biden's dementia (when that has actually been happening for years), Trump lawsuits that fizzle out, then this. It all seems like its rolling out in real time, but it could very well be pieces of a plan laid out long ago. It's kid of hard to believe all of this drama is naturally occurring just a few months before the election.
