Almost every food product in supermarkets have seed oils, so beware!

You mention fish, but I would think that it needs to be wild. Also, what about legumes and veggies and fruits?

Also, keep in mind that all coffee which is not organic, us full of pesticides. My home coffee is organic. I do drink coffee elsewhere (where it is not) but rarely.

All true. I spent hours on this, on vacation, so I have missed many points, as you noted. We only eat wild fish, and even there, know your source. About 10 years ago, about 80 % of salmon labeled as wild was found to be farm raised. Another biggie is much olive oil has been found to be adulterated with canola. Buy local, read labels, grow your own, be smart, be weary.

Also, unless coffee is made with alkaline water, it is acidic , and on the "NO " list for cancer patients. in almost all the books. Even then , in moderation

It isn't just the sugar. What eating an anti cancer does more than anything is free up the pancreatic enzymes for uses other than digestion, like entering your bloodstream and attacking the protective paracellular sialymucin that provides a protective coating around the cancer cells so that white blood cells and killer T cells can get to the cancer cells to destroy them.

I don't think anyone is saying that it is "...just the sugar."
