Well really even vegetables are great and easy cooked that way. I've had a really cheap one, and now a better one. Can't live without anymore. Some asparagus and a little olive oil with any desire of spices in a zip lock bag, coat, put in air fryer and 9 minutes later yum yum!

Zip lock bags are plastic, not good!
some plastic bags are worse than others. Zip locks are better than most.
