This delineation does not even exist in 90% of American churches and they are all like Lot, unable to separate themselves from the moral paradigm, or lack thereof, that is driving American society into the sewer. We are at the point where Christians are being challenged to examine their role in society and come out from among them. The few that respond are warned not to look back.
It's real weird. Nobody wants to be a slave, but everyone is a slave ... at least to something. But nobody want to think that are a slave! So everyone is remains slave, knowing it or not. And remaining a slave ostrich-like, nobody wants to or does look at the terms of their slavery. And around and around we go!
So, who has the better terms? Is it Man and his buy-ins (various and sundry ideologies and religions)? Or God's terms (Liberty within a bands of moral constraint)?
It took me close to sixty years of life before I caught on to what is going on in the United States and beyond ... and what the only alternative to be had was. And you said it right. Slave to Christ is the only way to go.

I would also add that Lot was not "raptured".

"Slave to Christ" is the way to go, IMO.
