This is an actual company in Nevada proudly explaining their cloud seeding. The 2nd smartest guy recently put a substack together that included all the patents. He also mentioned a statute that makes geo engineering illegal in the US. Jeff, can you look into that please? Is this only for warfare outside the US?

My dad was a physics professor in a small town in Idaho in the 1950’s. He also was known as a rainmaker. Farmers would pay him to seed the clouds. I have a few news articles about his ventures. The technology really is not new.
It seems though that there is lot more of it going on these days. Did your dad have an airplane?
Not at the time. Someone flew him around. It was only for a few years. He was involved in many ventures or should I say adventures in his lifetime.
Unfortunately, this is a slippery slope from a nice small town physicist helping the farmers to a completely blue sky this morning in NE Florida to a cloudy soup of criss cross seeded clouds whose purpose elude me.
My thoughts exactly! Something is up.
I will absolutely check that out - thank you!
This is wrong on so many levels.
Limiting it to what can be done from the ground instead of from aircraft would limit the effects.
