The most informative aspect of the covid show was when we saw individuals, alone in a car, wearing a mask. That removed any doubt that we live among a bunch of very ignorant people.

Did you see the video of the Spanish surfer who had tested positive and was forbidden to leave her home? She decided to go out for a paddle, and it was darkly hilarious watching the nuclear response team running up and down as she strutted down the beach. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xaR_linL0iQ
And it is well known that salt water is the actual antidote for sinus/cough/flu/cold. We must keep people away!!!! They could get well!!! We. Cannot. Have. Healthy. People!!
What was worse; masked motorcyclist/bicycler in the country without a helmet or masked lone driver in the country windows up or windows down OR masked friends meeting in their rural yard all six ft apart in lawn chairs?
This should be a test for intelligence. Make it multiple choice even.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. I have a nice 5 gallon bucket with molded toilet seat topper we used when our tiny camper didn’t have a bathroom and the Wyoming “long drops” were too far away. I never used it again outside because one morning there were bear tracks going around the camper.
Good times!! We had a slop jar we put in the closet of our over the slide-in camper- first trip 1968 to Yellowstone from Alabama!! And yes we played a trick on Mama when we stopped for her to fix us lunch next to a creek and the park ranger showed us the grizzly tracks. Luckily the next year we had a 30ft gooseneck, full bathroom, slept 6. We were in high cotton, although Daddy was a soybean farmer.
My daddy was a corn and oats farmer. With pigs. Hubby and I started camping way too late. We got a 20 footer with bathroom and nice shower, queen size bed in 22. We had to climb into our 12 footer and I fell later that summer requiring a hip replacement. We have gone a month in Wyoming off the grid the last 2 years Love Wyoming.
A friend of mine who I hadn’t seen in years came to stay the night at my home (in 2022) and walked up my front walk wearing a mask. I met her outside and asked if she intended to wear it the whole time. Thankfully, she took it off and we were able to enjoy our visit.
I don’t really know her politics. She’s been living abroad for many years, and I only see her every few years. We usually only have time to cover family and jobs when we’re together. That last visit was more confessional than usual.
Try to sleep with a mask on all night on an Amtrak coach seat from Haver Montana to Chicago. 2022. The car gestapo patrolled throughout the night. I arranged my light blanket and my body in the double seats while bunching up the blanket over my upper body and head, allowing the mask to be pulled down, and breathe freely against the seat back and not be seen. To have to do that in a supposed “free country” just to breathe, punctures any semblance of humanity into a million pieces. Then subjected to crappy soggy hamburgers pulled out of a microwave in a plastic microwave bag. Only those who had sleeper cabins could eat in the dining car. 🤔😾🤣. Naturally, they could stand in line masked, but pull them off eating.
Actually, wearing a mask on a motorcycle isn’t stupid. It can be dusty and for a rider with allergies, it can be helpful. Same as the guys on commercial mowers wearing masks.
I don’t ride motorcycles bc I worked in a surgical ICU but I do think people assume helmets make them invincible and sadly it isn’t true. So many bad accidents and often it’s the other drivers not paying attention but the cyclist bears the brunt of it
Too true. I don’t ride anymore but when I did I had the strategy that I was invisible, that my safety was completely on me. Stay away or stay imminently visible. Still had some close calls.
Sadly, i STILL see people driving alone in cars fully masked. What baffles me even more is the lady at the credit union who wears an ugly loose black mask that constantly falls below her nose to rest just below her lips. I mean, WHY?? I refuse to allow her to handle my transactions.
I had to pass one on the right yesterday who was driving in the hammer lane on I90 just under the speed limit (80mph) with no truck/car/trailer in sight. I always signal those, especially from MN who must teach it in some dementia addled driver’s ed class. It was high level unscripted comedy.
Alone, in the wrong place, impeding the flow, wearing a mask, from the most liberal state; the state of Tampon Tim.
Left lane cruisers are a menace to society; they reside in the Land of Oblivion. Every time I encounter one I'm glad I keep my right index finger unloaded. 👉🏻
I can one-up that idiocy with another known example: a middle-aged/elderly hippie couple, both double masked inside their home and refusing to step outside.
What disturbs me, is that you STILL SEE THEM !! You also still see old Covid signs still up at some restaurants, at universities. It’s like they are so disappointed that those halcyon ‘then Covid happened’ days are over, like they’re waiting, in self-righteous faith, for the next plandemic to come whooshing in from on high.
It’s super disturbing. I worked awhile in supermarkets where every other commercial on the radio is about: “get tested, get your flu vax today! While you’re there, be sure to schedule your cov death shot!” Sarcasm mine. -_-
Actually I was hoping for a national mask mandate. A couple of years ago I went to a costume shop and bought two Lone Ranger mask but I haven't had the opportunity to wear them. I might wear one next time I go to the grocery; see what kind of looks I get.
I have seen police arrest someone in masks then take them off when in the car with the suspect. Hypocrisy or what? A complete scam. In the UK they were exempt anyway, but not from stupidity clearly.

Or the guy swimming at the beach in California with no other person around, and the police come and arrest him......

I hadn't seen that, thanks for the link. Those guys in their white suits like she has some raging disease. What a bunch of fools.
Possibly a set up to scare people. There were a lot of stories going round to subjugate the masses.
A better view imho :) Those were especially ignorant to go along with implementing orders given without reason or doubt.
The swimmer or the police?

How about a lone cowboy on horseback on a country road? My husband took a picture of this because it was so unbelievable.
Surely a country road in a very blue state?
Oh no, in Texas, where we had our share of the walking dead…those brainless enough to put on a mask, becoming even more brainless.
Good grief. It boggles my mind.
We did that at a friend’s country home but didn’t have to mask. We were forbidden to use their toilets, however, and BYOB.
Bring your own bucket??
@Bwck- HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Well done.

Sadly no. She told me later that she guiltily took pleasure in hearing when unvaccinated people died of Covid because they “got what they deserved.”
With a friend like that who needs enemies.
I know. I didn’t unfriend anyone during that time, but I did take notes. There are people who I now know I can’t fully trust.
I am. But she stated it so confidently—like there was no question in her mind that I would (of course) be vaccinated.
I still have problems with people shedding! It’s so isolating.
Anja, I will take the medical freedom hippies 1000 times over the lefties.

I'm amazed when I see that otherwise sane people agreed to participate in that nonsense Janet.

Or better yet, seeing them riding motorcycles without a helmet but wearing a mask, you just can't fix stupid.
That is insane.
Actually, wearing a mask on a motorcycle isn’t stupid. It can be dusty and for a rider with allergies, it can be helpful. Same as the guys on commercial mowers wearing masks.
Now, riding without a helmet? THAT’S stupid.
Helmet just makes a prettier pumpkin, spoken by a Neuro Advanced Practice Nurse I used to work with. The damage still happens
Yes, at speeds. But it can save your life at lower speeds. Knew a woman who got sideswiped on the Hwy. Bike totaled, she walked away.

50% of the population.
In Canada it was more like 85%.
Sadly, at least.

Don't forget biden walking his dog on the beach, waves lapping his toes, not another body in sight - and the fool is wearing a mask. 🙄
Please, I forgot that one ...... 🙈
Our president......😱
Biden was a fake president. Never elected.
That was just posturing for the camera.
of course it was. makes it no less ridiculous, however.
Well they had to encourage the stupid. I have only one meme of Biden with a mask, although Jill has one too.

Broken people.
Severely.
That's still happening here around Eastern Washington U.
They’re still in Seattle 🤡

VA requiring masks again!! Printed still on their mailings. Are they trying to save money? 🤣😡

There’s still one that delivers Amazon packages, in my subdivision, dutifully wearing his mask in the car.
I think seeing runners in masks was worse but not as commonplace. I saw a solitary car driver wearing a mask in the last few months. Sigh.
