In as much it is apparent that the US Dept of Defense is the origination of the plandemic AND the bio-weapon shot, that the DoD planned, developed and deployed both the psyops plandemic and the bio-weapon, both the CIA and the rogue elements in the DoD are totally and completely OUT OF CONTROL.
