I don’t know the answer of what to do about the bad priests, except that it is submitted as tips to the police for police to investigate.
They need to be outed. They are dangerous and too many go unpunished and allowed to continue the predatory behavior. These bad apples hurt the Church and other good priests. I for one am sick of seeing the entire Church painted as "pedophiles and their protectors." This is a good start to cleaning house.
