Despite the lack of help from the state and federal govt, thankfully at least Florida is willing to come help, Ashville needs the greatest help and the mountainous region, there are probably many out in the boonies back there that haven't been checked on, I am sure. We still came together as a community (family) for her area.
So question, just read, as I commented before finishing reading the article, how can she set up or request Starlink? She has no internet right now because of the hurricane and she works from home?
